Skandha continues “ I shall prostrate before Goddess Ganga whose flows are continuous and nectar like bountiful, she is eternal, she is nectar of immortality, she has endless glorious myths, she is incomparable, she provides plenty of auspiciousness, she symbolizes happiness,  she represents all the deities, she is Amritharoopini/elixir of nectar, she eradicates  ignorance in her worshiper, she guides her worshiper through the path of righteousness, she destroys the obstacles, she provides various devout act in her worshiper, she removes the darkness of ignorance and provides the light of wisdom, she is beautiful, she is  irreproachable, she symbolizes supreme intellect, her sacred waters are endless treasure of wisdom, she provides good health, long life and happiness, she destroys perils and worldly bondage, she is worshiped by deities, she is the symbol of confidential knowledge, she is self contented, she provides happiness and liberation to her worshiper, she removes apathy and showers happiness like downpour, she is like Airavatha which fulfils all the desires of the worshiper, she is the essence of  Ithihasa and Shruthi which provides abundance of auspiciousness, she is deserved to be venerated, she is  worshiped by Lord Indhra and deities, her attractive flow of waters are the home of Goddess of wealth, she is eulogized by Lord Indhra and deities, she is the consort of Ishwara who is the Lord or Lords, her glorious myths destroys the fear in her worshiper, she has significant and sacred lands as her terrain, she has descended down to earth from the celestial abode, she has descended down to earth as  sacred waters by the touch of the feet of Upendhra/Lord Vishnu.”
