The sacred hymns armor of Goddess Sri
Mahalakshmi is constructed by Lord Bhrama,
Gayathri as its meter, praising on the
glory of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, it is recited for pleasing Goddess Sri
Mahalakshmi.
Lord Indra speaks “ Oh! Preceptor, kindly
narrates the superior and most powerful among the armors for protection of
life, good health and righteousness.”
Lord Brihaspathi replied “The sacred hymns
of armor of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi are the most superior and remained highly
confidential in fourteen worlds that were narrated by Lord Bhrama.”
Lord Bhrama speaks “ Let my head protects
by Vishnupathni/consort of Lord Vishnu, let my forehead remains protected by
Amrithothbhava who originated from the milky ocean while churning for nectar of
immortality, let my eyes remains protected by Suvishalakshi who has wide and
beautiful eyes, let my ears protected by Sagarambuja who was initiated from the
milky ocean in a lotus flower, let my nose protects by Vararoha who is the
provider of boons, let my tongue protects by Amnayaroopini/who is the symbol of
grains, let my face protects by Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, let my neck protects
by Vaikundavasini who dwells in the abode of Sri Vaikundham, let my throat protect
by Janaki who is the daughter of Janaka, let my arms protects by
Bhargavanandhini/daughter of Sage Bhargava,
let my hands protects by Dhravini who is the symbol of wealth, let my
palm protects by Harivarangana who is the darling of Lord Hari, let my chest
protects by Goddess Sri Devi, let my heart protects by Harisundari who lured
the heart of Lord Hari, let my stomach protects by Goddess Vaishnavi, let my
navel protects by Bhuvanamathruka/who is the symbol of the Universe, let my
hips protects by Goddess Varahi, let my
joints protects by Devadevatha, let my thighs protects by Goddess Narayani, let my knees protects by
Chandrasodhari/ sister of Lord Chandra, let my calf protects by Goddess
Indrani, let my feet protects by Bhaktha Namaskritha who is worshiped by
devotees, let my nails protects by Thejaswini who has supreme luster, let my
all body parts protects by Karunamayi who is the ocean of mercy.”
The above glorious verses of armor of
Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi was constructed by Lord Bhrama for the welfare of the
Universe, whoever listens or reads the above verses would remain happy,
victorious and blissful in three worlds.
Whoever recites or listens thrice to the above sacred verses of Goddess
Sri Mahalakshmi who is the darling of Lord Hari/Haripriya would attain all
supernatural powers/Siddhis, and blessed with all the richness, righteousness
and all his/her desires fulfilled.
