I shall meditate upon Jagathguru/preceptor
of the Universe who has pleasing disposition, 
resides on the highest peaks of Mount Kailasa, lustrous in various
precious gem, seated under the Kalpakavruksha, decorated in various fresh
alluring flowers, positioned in the middle of magnificent hall, he is worshiped
by Sages and Rishis, and Gandharvas, he is decked in Kapala/skull, and Gadga,
he is decorated with the crescent moon on matted hair locks, he carries
Thrishula/trident and Damaru/drum on his hand, he is mounted on
Mahavrishabha/divine celestial bull, he have attractive matted hair locks, he is
adorned in serpent Vasuki around neck, he is smeared in sacred ashes, he is
Neelakanda who has bluish throat and he has three eyes, he is attired in the
skin of leopard, he is lustrous like pure crystal, he has the radiance of
thousands of Adithya, he is adorned Goddess Girija on half of the body, I shall
earnestly prostrate before supreme Lord who is the source of Universe and its
living beings.
Karthikeya speaks “ Oh! Devadeva/Lord of
Lords, Oh! Jagannatha/Lord of Universe, who symbolizes Shrishti/creation,
Sthithi/preservation and Laya/destruction, You are Paramathman, you are the
safest haven to all the living beings in the Universe, you are the ultimate
shelter place for the distressed people, you are the essence of Universe and
you are the source of it, you are deserved to be venerated, I have no shelter place
other than you, therefore kindly narrate which is the most supereme hymn that
provide all kinds of supernatural powers, highly propitious, capable to provide
Yoga, heven and ultimately Moksha, achievable to humans without undertaking
trip to sacred places or severe austerities and penance, or charity, or deep
meditation, Oh! Maheshvara, you are the cause of creation, preservation and
destruction of the Universe and its living being, you are capable to eradicate
all the miseries and sorrows of the Samsara, hence kindly narrate  I would like to hear from
you.”
