Sri Surdas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Mortals, all the living and non-living things are bound by Karma, it is impossible to cut off from the Prarabdha Karma. The sun and moon undergo eclipse intermittently by the shadow planets Rahu and Kethu. The illustrious Sage Vashishta after a thorough study of the positions of the planets and discussions with the scholars found an auspicious time for the coronation ceremony of Lord Sri Ramachandra, finally, everything happened at the will of the Lord, King Dhasharatha, the father of Lord Rama left his mortal coil, Rama had to undergo suffering in the forest, and Devi Sita was abducted by the demon, King Ravana.  It was the Prarabdha Karam of the mighty Ravana who was got killed in the fierce battle with Rama, although Ravana won over thirty-three crores of deities, and ruled the three worlds and  Mrithyu/death.  Lord Krishna has taken up the work of charioteer of excellent archer Arjun, but Arjun could not evade life in the forest/Vanavasa. Devi Dhraupadhi was an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna, although she had to undergo humiliation in the large assembly of Kaurava, Dusshasan seized her hair and dragged her to the court, and made an effort to remove her clothes. The illustrious King Harishchandra of the Raghu clan was a righteous and wise ruler, unfortunately, it was the Prarabdhakarma of the King to undergo suffering and work under a Chandala/low clan. The Prarabdha Karma never leaves the Jeeva, even if they travel to the whole world to escape from it. Oh! Mortals, the deities of the three worlds, living and non-living things in the Universe are bound by the Prarabdhakarma. The Supreme Lord Sri Hari is the Vidhatha, finally, whatever happens at his will only, so it is meaningless to get anxious about it.”
