foremost of the physician who is the personification of Supreme Lord Shiva,
gracefully wears the colossal water current of river Ganga and Lord Chandra on
his matted hair locks, he has three eyes, and he is the vanquisher of Lord
Kamadeva & Lord Yama and worshiped by all the deities. I shall prostrate before Lord Vaidhyanatha,
foremost of the physician who is the personification of Supreme Lord Shiva,
passionately loves his devotees/Bakthapriya, destroyer of the three cities
called Tripura, who holds the fierce weapon Pinaka which destroys the enemies
and evil doers. He
personifies among the humans to reveal his matchless glory. I shall prostrate before Lord Vaidhyanatha,

cures all fatal illnesses like rheumatism and arthritis, revered by sages and
Rishis and whose eyes are Lord Aditya, Lord Chandra and Lord Agni. My salutation to Lord Vaidhyanatha,

protects blind, speechless, inaudible and unable to walk and cures innumerable
and critical illnesses like leprosy. I shall prostrate before Lord Vaidhyanatha,

venerates all the way through the Vedantha, omnipresent and whose lotus feet are
worshiped by great Rishis and Sages. He
is one among the trinities and has thousands of sacred names. I shall prostrate before Lord Vaidhyanatha,

removes the sufferings of his devotees caused by the spell of evil spirits,
grief and sorrows and unknown fears by a dip in the holy pond, smearing of holy
ash and sacred mud under the sacred tree of neem. He is the soul/Athmaswaroopa residing

paste. He bestows virtuous
progeny and chaste wife along with all the auspiciousness.
Whoever recites the glorious hymns
praising Lord Vaidhyanatha along with Goddess Balambika, thrice a day with
utmost faith and dedication would be relieved from all incurable and fatal
illnesses, ultimately attains liberation at the lotus feet of Supreme Lord.
