Sri Krishna Dhyanam III – Lyrics and meanings

I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Govinda along with Rukmini Devi and eight favorite wives who carries vessels full of precious gems, seated in an magnificent throne positioned in the middle of a marvelous hall constructed with the precious gems under the Kalpavruksha, his four hands carries Conch, wheel, mace and lotus flower, he is Lord Govinda who has the luster of precious yellow metal.  I shall meditate upon Lord Gopala along with Bhoodevi and Lakshmidevi, seated on the throne decorated with gems in the garden of  Kalpavruksha located in the middle of milky ocean, he has eight hands that carries lotus flower, wheel, sugarcane bow, spear, arrows, rope, flute and divine flute, he has crimson color complexion , he is worshiped by Lord Bhrama and deities.  I shall meditate upon Lord Hari along with Bhoodevi and Lakshmidevi, seated on the throne decorated with gems in the garden of  Kalpavruksha located in the middle of milky ocean, he carries conch, flute, spear and rope.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who performed the task as Parthasarathy for Arjuna/Partha whose one knee touches on the ground and other one half folded and fixed on the ground,  he is settled on the chariot and stares at Arjuna with extreme compassion, one hand in Gnanamudra posture that imparts the knowledge of Gitartha Saram.   I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who holds spear on the crimson colored lotus like hands, he is decked in various precious pearl garlands that keeps moving, gem studded ear ornament, golden sacred thread across the chest, he is packed with perspiration, he is a precious ornament that adores the chariot of Arjuna/Dhanajjaya, I shall earnestly pray to Lord Krishna to protect us.  Oh! Gopalaka/who is the protector of cows and cowherds, Oh! Kripajalanidhe/who is the symbol of mercy, Oh! Sindhykanyapathe, Oh! Kamsanthaka/slayer of Kamsa, Oh! Gajendhrakarunapareena/who showered boundless compassion on the elephant Gajendhra, Oh! Madhava/ who is the consort of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, Oh! Ramanuja/ who has dearest brother Lakshman, Oh! Jagathrayaguro/who is the preceptor of the Universe, Oh! Pundarikaksha/who has lotus like eyes, Oh! Gopijananatha/who is surrounded by the beautiful young maiden of Vraja, I am not aware of anything other than you, kindly protect us from all kinds of perils.

Sri Krishna Dhyanam II – Lyrics and meanings

I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is decorated with the feathers of peacock on curly hair locks, his forehead is decorated with sandal paste and vermilion, he is decked in pearl garlands, and precious Kousthubham, garlands made of fresh flowers of Mandhara that spread supreme fragrance, he carries divine flute on his hand, he is attired in majestic yellow garments and lure the hearts of young maidens of Vraja. I shall meditate upon Sri Venugopala Krishna  who has graceful posture keeping one leg behind the other, he has attractive eyes, he  is surrounded by serpents, birds and cattle, his melodious music on flute distracts the young maidens who are engaged in feeding their babies with their milk, he is too compassionate , he is the provider of wealth, cows, virtuous offspring to his passionate devotees, he is decked in feathers of peacock on  curly hair locks, he is  prostrated by Sages, Rishis and deities.  I shall meditate upon Lord Mukunda who has dark complexion, he has ever smiling face, he is decked in feathers of peacock on curly hair locks, he is young and charismatic, he is attired in crimson colored clothes, and he entices the hearts of young maidens of Vraja and dwells on the river bank of Yamuna, I shall earnestly pray to Lord Krishna to lure the hearts of all the living beings.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is decked in magnificent ear ornaments that touches the shoulders while tilting his head, he has beautiful black eye brows, his attractive lips are partially opened and eyes are partly opened, he is seated under Kalpavruksha and his fingers are moving according to the tunes of the melodious music produces from the flue, he is Jaganmohana/entice the whole Universe.   I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is decked in flower garlands and feathers of peacock on curly hair locks, he is decked in Vanamala on chest, his forehead is decorated with  sandal paste and vermilion, he is charismatic, he is immersed in the nectar like melodious music produces from the flute, he is the personification of wealth, he is an attractive child with dark complexion.    I shall meditate upon Madhanagopala, who is decked in precious bangles that makes jingling noises while playing the divine flute, his ear is decorated with magnificent ear stud, he merrily explores through the sacred land of Vrindhavan, he is highly enthusiastic incarnated as Madhanagopala.  I shall meditate upon Lord Vishnu who manifested as  Madhanagopala, he has eight hands that carries bow made of sugar cane, flowers as arrows, wheel, lotus flower, rope, spear, divine flute etc.. he has the brilliance of Lord Surya.  I shall meditate upon Lord Gopala, who has eight hands that carries bow made of sugar cane, flowers as arrows, wheel, lotus flower, rope, spear, divine flute etc.. he is decked in Vanamala and his forehead is decorated with sandal paste and vermilion, he has the charisma superior to Lord Manmatha, he has smiling lotus face, he is surrounded by the young maidens of Vraja, he is the provider of abundance of boons to his devotees, he is the protector of three worlds.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Gopalakrishna, who explores through the woods which is packed with the fragrances of various fresh alluring flowers during the hours of dusk in spring season,  he settles on the high raised platform shines in the luster of moon, he is capable to entice all the living beings in the Universe, he has attractive stature, his beautiful look lures the hearts of Apsaras and celestials, he is surrounded by the beautiful young maidens of Vraja and venerates him  with extreme passion and emotion, he is all prepared for the amorous sport with the young maidens of Vraja.  I shall meditate upon Lord Mukunda, who is seated on the magnificent throne made of various precious gems in the marvelous hall constructed under the Kalpavruksha  in the sacred land of Dwaraka which is situated on the confluence of two sacred rivers, he has eight hands that carries wheel, conch, lotus flower, mace, flute and one hand in Gnanamudhra posture, he is seated with his consorts who carries gem filled vessels in their hands.

I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who has the complexion of dark clouds, he is decked in various gem studded ornaments on waist and ankle, and he is adorned in a big garland with the nails of Vyaghra/lion as pendent around his neck, his face has the luster of fully bloomed lotus flower, he is the slayer of Poothana, Shakadasura and Thrinavathra, he is ever pleasing, he is venerated by Lord Indhra and all the deities, he is eternal and deserved to be worshiped in the early hours of dawn.  He is worshiped by deities, he has attractive smile and he has dark eyes resembles to blue lotus, he is surrounded by the cowherds and cattle, he is the destroyer of enemies, he is decorated in peacock feathers on his curly hair locks, he is attired in majestic yellow garments, whoever recites the glories and meditate upon the supreme Lord Krishna during the hours of noon with utmost faith and devotion would be blessed with all the auspiciousness.  I shall meditate upon Lord Vasudeva who is the slayer of enemies with the divine weapon wheel/Chakrayudham,  he is unconquerable, he is the destructive force of the burden of mother Earth, he is  eulogized  by illustrious Sages and Rishis who are surrounded to achieve supreme knowledge, he is unblemished, he has supreme brilliance, he has the complexion of dark clouds, he is the cause of the Universe and its living beings, he protects and ultimately destroys the same, he is the provider of Moksha/liberty from repeated births to the virtuous.  I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Krishna/Navaneethagopala who holds Navaneetham/butter on his hands, he is attractive child who has the luster of Athasikusumam, he exposes his beautiful bear body, he is decked in various ornaments, his beautiful curly hair locks spreads all over the face, he has long beautiful eyes.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is the child of Yasodha, he has sweet porridge on right hand, and butter which has the luster of Chandhramandalam on the left, he is adorned in big pendant of the nail of Vyaghra around his neck, he is the deity with bear body, I shall earnestly pray to Yashodhanandhan to provide us all the goodness.  He has the complexion of blue lotus flower, his eyes has the resemblance to lotus flower, he dwells in the lotus flower, he has attractive form as baby who is decked in waist belts which makes dangling noises, his two hands carries butter and sweet porridge respectively, he is worshiped by the whole Universe, he is surrounded by the young maiden of Vraja, cowherds and cows, he is adorned a big pendent made of the nails of  Vyaghra around his neck, I shall earnestly pray to supreme Lord Krishna to protect us.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who walk around the sacred lands of Gokulam with the cows which makes soft cries, he has the complexion of dark clouds, his  forehead is decorated with the sandal paste, he is decked in bells decorated waist belt, he is adorned a big pendent made of the nails of  Vyaghra around his neck, he is charismatic divine child and unblemished, I shall mediate upon Lord Balagopala Krishna who is decked in anklets which makes jingling noises while his enthusiastic movements all over the place.  I shall mediate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is merrily danced on the hoods of serpent Kaliya, he carries divine flute on right hand, he carries the tail of serpent Kaliya who is coupled on his body, he is decked in attractive waist belt, he is surrounded by the sons and wives of Kaliya and other female serpents, he is surrounded by the cowherds, young maidens of Vraja and cows, he has the complexion of Neelothpala and he is extremely beautiful divine child.   I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who has the complexion of blue lotus flowers, his face has the luster of Chandhra, he is decked in peacock feathers, Srivathsam, Kousthubham etc.. he is attired in majestic yellow garments, he is worshiped by the blue lotus flowers like the eyes of cowherds and young maidens, he is surrounded by cowherds and cattle, he is decorated in various precious ornaments, he is immersed in the melodious music played with the divine flute, he is the protector of cow and cowherds.   I shall meditate upon Devakinandhana who has the complexion of blue lilies, his beautiful curly hair locks are decorated with peacock feathers, he is worshiped by the blue lotus flowers like eyes of young maidens of Vraja, he is surrounded by cows and cowherds, his lotus face has the luster of Lord Chandhra, he is attired in majestic yellow clothes, he lures the hearts and minds of all the living beings with the melodious music from the flute.
