I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Vishnu who is embodied as Universe, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the provider of happiness, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who preserves the Universe and its living beings, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the provider of liberation from repeated births.  I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the cause of Universe and its living beings, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is embodied as Universe, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the source of the Universe, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the protector of Universe and its living beings.  I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the cause for deluge at the end of Yuga, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is the cause for the origin of sacred land of cattle Vrajabhoomi, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who carries the Universe on his stomach, I shall prostrate before Lord Vishnu who is omnipresent.


Oh! Lord, you have created the whole Universe and its living beings as Lord Bhrama, you are preserving the same as Lord Vishnu, and at the end of each Yuga you are causing deluge/mass destruction as Lord Rudra, Oh! Lord, kindly sprinkle the nectar on us to get rid of miseries and grief, and live a long life.  Oh! Lord Dhanvanthari who initiated from the milky ocean while churning for the nectar of immortality, he carries golden vessel contains life giving nectar, he delightfully gave us the science of Ayurvedha in order to eradicate the illnesses, Oh! Lord, kindly sprinkle the nectar on us to get rid of miseries and grief, and live a long life.  Oh! Lord, you have assumed the form of a gorgeous woman decked in various precious ornaments in order to entice the three worlds; he made the Suraganas to consume the nectar of immortality, demons who were attracted to consume the nectar were punished with the divine Chakra, Oh! Lord, kindly sprinkle the nectar on us to get rid of miseries and grief, and live a long life.  All the herbal and medicinal plants were originated from his eyes on this Earth, Oh! Supreme Lord Vishnu who took the form of Kamata/tortoise and carried the weight of Mount Mandhara on his back, Oh! Supreme Lord Vishnu who took the form of wild boar/Kroda in order to protect the Mother Earth from the clutches of Hiranyaksha, Oh! Prabho you have assumed the form of half lion and half man/Nrusimha to protect your ardent devotee from the miseries, Oh! Supreme Lord Vishnu who personified as Vamana/dwarf and appeared before the Yagna arena of Bali  in order to thrash his pride  and provide liberation, Oh! Supreme Lord Vishnu who is personified as Bhargavarama son of Renuka, in order to annihilate the wicked Kshathriya rulers, Oh! Lord, kindly remove all kinds of obstacles and severe illnesses with the divine wheel/Chakram, and bless us with long life.  Kindly protect us from accidental death, death caused by evil effects and death caused by natural calamities, with your divine Gadgam/mace and bless us with long life.  Oh! Lord, I am not aware of any deities other than you, I have no safe haven other than your lotus feet, kindly do whatever you have desired, kindly bless us to do good deeds.  Oh! Deva, you are my father and mother, you are my Lord and you are close associate as well, you are the cause for intellect, prosperity and birth in superior clan, therefore you are everything to us.  Oh! Prabho, kindly forgive all our mistakes, you are Dhayanidhi, therefore you have to pardon our heap of sins, kindly protect us from wicked people, and kindly shower your merciful gaze always on us.  Oh! Natha, kindly do not forget us, kindly shower your compassionate gaze on us, if you have not protected me on this Earth, how shall I guard myself?  Oh! Lord, kindly burn all those illnesses widely spread on this Earth, kindly destroy the evil cause for the death of infants, kindly protect the virtuous who are immersed in singing praise of your glories, kindly protect us with long life.

Phalashruthi –

Whoever recite or listens to the above sacred verses would be freed from untimely death, it would protect the female and their fetus from miscarriage and provides long life, all the illnesses will be destroyed, and all kinds of evil effects, troubles from envious look and troubles from the evil spirits will be removed.
