I shall
meditate upon Goddess Sri Kaveri who has the speed of wind, she is pure, fortunate, illustrious, most
venerable, virtuous, etc.. she is Mahadevi/supreme Goddess, she is stunningly
beautiful, she fulfills all the desires of the worshiper, she is divine
personified as sacred river, she provides abundance meritorious rewards to
worshiper who take holy dip in her water. She eradicates all the sins of the
worshiper, Oh! Kaveri who is the daughter of King Kavera, kindly destroy all my
sins, she is Samudhramahishi who is the consort of ocean, Oh! Devi kindly provides
us intense devotion and liberation from repeated births, she is embodied as
sacred rivers, she is married to ocean Sindhu, she is too compassionate, Oh! Devi,
kindly protects us and showers your merciful glance on us, Oh! Devi, kindly
bless us with appropriate companion as wedded wife/husband, virtuous offspring,
wealth and happiness, good health, and kindly eradicates our Rinas, sacred
river Kaveri is eminent and highly honored among the sacred rivers, she is the
daughter of Sahyadhri, she eradicates all the miseries and sorrows of the
worshiper.
