I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Narayani, who is the cause for the rotation of Earth on its axis within the specified period of time and she is the sole massive force of destruction of the Universe.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Gauri, who has three marvelous eyes, she is provider of auspiciousness and affluence,  she is the consort of Lord Shiva, I shall surrender at your lotus feet.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Narayani, who is the cause of Creation, Preservation and Destruction,  she is the personification of Thrigunas such as Rajas, Tamas and Satvik and she is the persona of virtues.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Narayni who takes good care of those who surrender to her, and she is the destroyer of sorrows and sufferings of the entire world,   I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Narayani/Brahmani who blissfully explore on her celestial vehicle swan and sprinkle  sacred water from the Dharbhagrass.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Maheshwari, consort of Lord Maheshwara who holds Trident on her hand and decorated crescent moon on her long beautiful plait of hair, rides on her celestial vehicle divine bull.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Kaumari, female force of Lord Subramnya, who possess immense strength and holds peacock and cock, spear on her hand.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Vaishnavi, female force of Lord Vishnu, carries Shakha/conch, Chakra/dice, Gadha/made and Sharngam/bow.  I shall earnestly pray to be compassionate to us.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Varahi, consort of Lord Varaha, who has protruding fierce teeth and holds mighty wheel, my salutation to Goddess Sri Nrusimhi/Narasimhi, female force of Lord Narasimha, who rules and protect the three worlds, fierce looking and destroyer of dhaithyas/Asuras.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Indrani/female force of Lord Indhra, who has marvelous thousands of eyes, spectacular crown on her head, she carries the powerful Vajrayudha and she is the slayer of  demon Vruthrasura.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Narayani, who has the form of Shivadhoothi/a dreadful look, slayer of mighty demons with her boisterous voice, I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Chamunda, who has ferocious look, decked in garland made of skulls and slayer of the demons Chanda and Munda.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Narayani, embodiment of eternal wisdom and wealth, Upanishads, and shyness, she is form of manes; she is the night and delusion as well.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Saraswathi, who is the personification of Wisdom, Intelligence and terminology, I  shall earnestly pray to shower your grace on me.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Durga, supreme form of Goddess who has various manifestations, and possesses mighty powers and remover of unknown fears, I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Karthyayani/daughter of Sage Kathyayana, who has marvelous face with beautiful three eyes, I shall earnestly pray to protect me from all the evils.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Bhadrakali, who has dreadful appearance, carries fierce weapon Trishoolam/Trident which is capable to alarm the enemies and slayer of demons.

I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty, my humble salutation to Lord Vishweshwara/ Lord of Universe who helps us to cross the ocean of hell and He is pleasant to ears,  adorn the crescent moon on matted hair locks and has the complexion of the flame of camphor. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty and most desirable by Goddess Sri Gauri/Gauripriya, embellished by the crescent moon and Goddess Ganga/Gangadhara on matted hair locks and King of serpent Vasuki as ornaments, he is the cause of death of Lord Yama and slayer of Gajaraja/King of Elephant. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty and Bhakthapriya/compassionate to his devotees,  He is the destructive force of fear of illnesses in human life; he has dreadful appearance and helps us to cross the ocean of life.  He is Jyothirmaya/ embodiment of fire and performs dance to the holy names of Lord. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty, He has matted hair locks, applies sacred ash from the burning corpses of humans, adorns precious ear studs and marvelous anklets. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty, Panchananaya/ five faced Lord and decorated with the King of serpents as ornaments.  The supreme Lord who is the ornament of three worlds attired in magnificent gold, he is the ocean of Happiness and represents Thamo Guna, he is provider of boons to his worshiper. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty, has the invariable grace of Goddess Sri Gauri on him, he represents Universe, He is Lord Maheshwara, five faced Lord/Panchanana,  he is the provider of liberation/Saranagatha, He is the provider of boons like Kalpavruksha/Kalapakaya, He is all pervading and Lord of Lords. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty, he is Ramapriya/ beloved to Lord Rama and provider of boons to Lord Raghava,  he is venerated by Serpent Gods and protects us from hellish torture, He is the personification of devoutness and worshiped by deities/Suras.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva, who is the destroyer of grief out of poverty, He is Muktheshwara/ provider of liberation from the cycles of birth and death, He is the provider of boons, He is the Lord of Ganas, and he is Gitapriya/ fond of recitation of hymns by his devotees, he is Vrushabhavahana/ carried by Lord Vrushbheshwara, He/ Lord Maheshwara  is the supreme Lord of the Universe.


The above sacred verses was composed by Sage Vashishta, which is capable to provide all kinds of wealth in this Universe.  Whoever recites the sacred hymns in the hours of dawn, noon and dusk would be liberated from the cycles of birth and death, ultimately attain the highest of the pieties and resides in the Abode of Lords.

Victory to Goddess Sri Chamunda ! My humble salutation to Goddess Sri Chamunda, who is all pervading, destroyer of evil spirits/Bhoothapaharini and Kalarathri/death arrives at the dark hours.  My salutation to Goddess Sri Chamunda, who is the consort of Lord Shiva, Lord of the Universe, she is unblemished, and Virupakshi has three curved eyes, she has colossal form and she is the personification of wisdom & knowledge; she has pot belly and she is the creator of illusion.  She wins over the minds of the individuals and difficult to understand, she has huge eyes and she is easily gets angry and cools down as well.  She is auspicious and most desirable to music and dance; she has peculiar physical structures and she is the cause for epidemic/Mahamari.  She is black complexioned/Mahakali and has dreadful appearance, she has huge powerful arms, her existence is beyond Kala/Time, she is the remover of sins; she has noose and weapons to punish.  Oh! Goddess Sri Chamunda, slayer of the demon Chanda ! Consort of Lord Shiva is the embodiment of Fire, she is powerful and has sharp protruding teeth, desirable to mount on Lord Shiva and travels on the corpse of human.  She has dreadful appearance with huge eyes and sharp protruding teeth and boisterous in nature.  My salutation to Goddess Sri Kali! My salutation to Goddess Sri Kalarathri who is insightful in all scriptures and venerated by the deities."


The above sacred verses were eulogized by Lord Shiva/Rudra, who was appointed as emissary to the demons Shumbha and Nishumbha.  Goddess Sri Shakthi was pleased at heart after listening to those glorious verses and revealed her willingness to offer any boon.


Lord Rudra spoke “ Oh! Goddess Sri Shakthi, I have pleased you by reciting the above sacred hymns; you are the provider of boons and eradicates the past sins of your faithful devotees.  Whoever worships you with utmost devotion would be blessed with virtuous sons, grandsons and abundance of wealth.  Whoever listens to the above sacred verse would be blessed with perpetual devotion at the lotus feet of Goddess Sri Shakthi.  Whoever venerates Goddess Sri Shakthi would get rid of all sins and attain salvation,  a  virtuous King who lost his glories and Kingdom undergoes fast for three days  on Navami, Ashtami and Chathurdashi continuously for an year would regain his glories.  Goddess Sri Shakthi authenticated that whoever reads or listens to the sacred hymns of Goddess Sri Chamunda with utmost dedication and devotion, after having a dip in the sacred pond in Pushkara would get rid of the sins and salvation at the lotus feet and they resides in the Sthyaloka/Brahmaloka.   Whoever has the possession of these sacred verses will not have unknown fears or fear of theft or fire.  Whoever recites these sacred verses with faith would become desirable to all the living and non-living things in the three worlds.  The worshiper would be blessed with virtuous offspring’s, wealth and desirable companion, and also will have abundance of possession of precious gems, horses, elephants and assistants to serve.

My humble salutation to Goddess Sri Varahi who has attractive face with a dazzling smile that has the resemblance to lotus flower; she is crimson color complexioned, rides on a horse and fascinates all kinds of animals and ladies from royal families.  These sacred hymns are composed by the deities in order to get pleased by Goddess Sri Varahi, consequently get admiration from all human beings, eventually the place where Goddess Sri Varahi resides would flourish, like a King and its subject, loaded with wisdom, wealth, clothes and higher status.  Whoever venerates Goddess Sri Varahi, would be blessed with her presence of mind, well performance in all fields and has amazing power to get admiration from others.  The worshiper would be blessed with the possessions of Chamaram, Dholika, Chathram and all those luxuries of royal families and fulfillment of all desires.  Whoever worships Goddess Sri Varahi along with Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi and Goddess Sri Rathidevi would be blessed with a gem like a companion with great passion.  Worship of Goddess Sri Varahi would bring immense power to get respect from others, it brings affection from animals and birds as well and it also provides the ability to entice.    Worship of Goddess Sri Varahi and her attractive bow and arrow removes the miseries of the worshiper and  to enthuse the entire Universe.

I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Indrakshi, who is unblemished, ever pleasant and has various sacred names such as Kathyayani/daughter of sage Kathyayana, Mahadevi/Goddess of the Universe, Chandrakantha/has the luster of moon, Mahathapa etc… the deities anticipated for Goddess Sri Indrakshi to direct them and eulogized her Gouri, Shakambari, Durga etc… She is Savithri and Gayathri as well, she is Brahmini consort of Lord Brahma, She is Narayani, consort of Lord Narayana, and she is Bhadrakali/fierce form, Rudrani/consort of Lord Rudra and Krishapingala.  She is Agnijwala/blaze, Rourimukhi/fierce face, Kalarathri/dark hours, Thapasvini/ascetic; Meghaswana/roar of clouds, Sahashrakshi/Thousand eyed, Vikarangi/ who has perfect control over senses, Jadodhari/ matted hair locks, Mahodhari/huge pot belly, Mukthakesi/loosened hair, Ghoraroopa/dreadful appearance, Mahabala/unconquerable, Ajitha/ pleasant appearance, Rogaharthri/cures all illnesses, Shivapriya/desirable to Lord Shiva.  She is Bhavani, Parvathi, Durga, Ambika, ShivA, Rudrani and Sankara Ardha Shareerini/ who shared half of the body with her consort Lord Shankara.   She rides on her celestial vehicle Airavatha, she carries the powerful weapon Vajrayudha, and bestows various boons to worshiper, she is the consort of Lord Tripurari who burnt the three cities and she has blood colored eyes.  She is Nithya/ubiquitous, Sakalakalyani/provider of all auspiciousness, Sarvaishwarya Pradhayani/provider of affluence, Dakshayani/daughter of Dakshaprajapathi, Padmahastha/holds lotus in her hand, Bharathi/Mother of the Universe, Sarvamangala/epitome of auspiciousness, Durjati/consort of who wears magnificent crown, Vikatighori/terror to evil-doers, Ashtangi/who has eight hands, Narabhojini/consumes flesh of human, Bramari/followed by honey bees, Kanchi Kamakshi, Manikyanoopura/who wears gem studded anklets.  She is ShivA/peaceful, Shivarupa/form of Lord Shiva, Shiva Shakthi/female force of Lord Shiva, Mruthyunjayi/triumphant over death, Mahamayi/illusionist, Sarvaroganivarani/cures all incurables.

Lord Narayana spoke “Whoever recites the sacred names of Goddess Sri Indrakshi for hundred times, will remove the curse of Goddess Devi and remains blessed with long life, good health and wealth; her worshiper will not have the fear of untimely death.  Her sacred names are capable to cure Tuberculosis, Epilepsy, Leprosy, high fever and it eradicates fear of thieves and Tiger, fever due to freezing cold.  The recitation of these sacred hymns for thousands of time would fulfill the desires of the worshiper; it would increase the life span and highly beneficial, cures all the illness and avoids untimely death.  Worship of Goddess Sri Indrakshi on daily basis would help to win over the battles, eradicates the fear of ghosts, evil spirits, fear of death, fear of snake, and ultimately removes the sin of wrong pronunciation of sacred hymns.

My salutation to Goddess Devi Vaishnavi, who is the Supreme Goddess of the Universe, embodiment of auspiciousness, she has three eyes and enormous, her existence is perpetual.  She is the representation of knowledge & Wisdom and Avidhyarupi as well.  She is the symbol of Yagna, victorious, slayer of demon Mahishasura.   She is omnipresent and supreme Goddess of deities, she is the essence of the Universe and she is known as Vaishnavi, consort of Lord Vishnu.  She is impermeable to sorrows and grief, everlasting; she has beautiful lotus eyes, she is the embodiment of Shuddha Satva Guna and she has the dreadful form of Chandarupi and Kalarathri /dark hours of the night too.  She is the provider of various boons to the virtuous worshiper; she is Vidya, Avidya, pot of nectar like wisdom and consort of Lord Shiva.  She is Shankari, consort of Lord Shankara, she is Vaishnavi, consort of Lord Vishnu and Brahmi, consort of Lord Brahma as well, and she is worshipped by all the deities.  She carries Ghanta/bell, Trident/Trishul and she is the slayer of the demon Mahishasura.  She is Mahishasuramardhini, Ugrarupi, Virupakshi and Mahamaya.  She is Sarvasathva, Dhruva, supreme Goddess of intelligence, sacred scriptures and art forms; she is the mother of the Universe/Janani and representation of Bhuthas and sinless.  She is worshiped by all the deities and provider of auspiciousness. Oh! Goddess Devi Parameshwari, I shall surrender to your lotus feet.  Whoever recites or listens to these sacred hymns of Goddess Sri Vaishnavi with utmost dedication and devotion would never be troubled by any ferocious animals, thieves, tiger etc… and the worshiper would be freed from the worldly bondage and ultimately freed from the cycles of birth and death.

Victory to daughter of Himavan who has long beautiful plait of hair!  Victory to Nandini who is the source of happiness, she makes the entire Universe pleasant, she resides in the highest peak of Mount Vindhyachala, she is the most desirable companion of Lord Vishnu, she is venerated by the deities, she is the embodiment of auspiciousness, she is the consort of supreme Lord Shiva who has bluish throat,  she has various manifestations too, victory to Goddess Sri Mahishasuramardhini, who is the slayer of demon Mahisha !
