Chapter – 86- Sur -Vinaya – Pathrika – The nature of
Sacchidhanandhaswaroopa Paramathma/Sath-eternal, Chith-pure, Anandha-bliss/
reside as a soul in the living things
Sri Surdas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Mortals, no
one is going to help you at the death bed other than Lord Sri Hari. Oh! Kripan/ignorant,
just think of those days you have spent in the darkness of the womb of your mother
due to your Prarambdha Karma, struggling to move inside the tiny space of the
womb, which was filled with the excreta and blood of the fetus, you have been
going through hellish torture from the worms in the excreta all alone inside
the womb of your mother, it was dark and extremely difficult to move, Oh! Jeeva none of your intellect or strength
did not protect you from that unbearable torture, it was your promise to
supreme Lord Sri Hari that gave protection while you were in the womb of your mother.
Oh! Mortal, the supreme Lord Sri Hari protected you from the miseries of
Garbhavasadhukham/hellish torture in the womb, kept you alive, protected you,
vested Prana/vital air in you, and as a part of creation provided sense organs,
limbs, muscles, etc. Oh! Krithghna/ungrateful, think of those days and decide
who is your closest associate in the day and night, you have driven completely
afar from the Sacchidhanandha Swaroopa Paramathma Parambhramam Lord Sri Hari
who protected you in the womb at the time of adversities, he vested Prana/vital
air in you. He is all-pervasive supreme Bhramam resides as a soul in you, is pure,
auspicious, unblemished, free from impurities, and dualities, and has neither birth
nor death. He is supreme Lord Sri Hari who always longing for your happiness
and welfare, though you have forgotten him immediately after birth. Oh! Shat/dull-minded,
listen to me carefully, leave your interest in worldly matters of possession,
money, richness, wealth, children, wife, companion, relatives, etc. leave your
lust, desire, ego, pride, jealousy, Ahamkara, and Mamakara, and perceive the
supreme Bhramam reside as soul/vital air, in you and always remember that he is
the only one promising to you.”
