Chapter – 26 – Sri Vinaya Pathrika – Praising the splendor of Bhanukulavamshi Lord Sri Ramachandra

Sri Tulsidas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Bhanukulavamshi, who was born in the illustrious clan of Raghu, resemble the Sun which causes to blossom the lotus flowers like the clan. You have a charming appearance that excels the loveliness of crores of Manmatha, you resemble the Garuda that seizes the Kalikalaroopi serpents, you are the destroyer of wicked and deceitful, you have wielded in bow and arrow on the powerful arms, you are extremely valorous. Oh! Bhagavan, your beautiful long and wide eyes resemble the red lotus flower petals, you have great effulgence, your beautiful limbs resemble the freshly formed dark clouds, attired in majestic yellow silk garment. Oh! Bhagavan, you have profound knowledge in the usage of Asthra and Shasthra, and you are most promising to deities, and you are the destroyer of enemies of Sura. You are the abode of loveliness and kindness, you are supreme Lord who is worshiped by all, you are the abode of virtues and all the Nigamagamashasthra. Oh! Bhagavan, you have endless glories, and unconquerable, and it is difficult to understand your amusements. You are the Lord of Swarga and Moksha as well; you are the powerful dagger that destroys the root of Samsara of the Jeeva who have taken shelter at your lotus feet. Oh! Bhagavan, you have removed the curse of Devi Ahalya who is Gautamapathni, with the single touch of your feet. You have destroyed the demons who have created obstacles to the fire sacrifices of Sage Vishwamithra, and you always take the side of your sincere devotees. You have broken the Shivadhanuss in the assembly of King Janaka further crushed the pride of Parashurama, you have sincerely followed the command of your father, and abandoned the stately pleasures like Trina, and returned to woods with Devi Sita and younger brother Lakshman, even the deities are inefficient to abandon the pleasures of their celestial abodes. Oh! Bhagavan, you are Ajanma, Paramathma Parambhramam, even after all these you have performed various amusements like an ordinary Jeeva and protected the three worlds from the mayhems of the demons Ravana and his entire clan. Oh! Bhagavan, you are purified the dense wood Dhandakaranya with your footprints, you have liberated the Kapata Mrigaroopi Mareecha, you have killed the powerful Bali with the single shot of arrow, for his immoral act of abducting the wife of Sugrivah who should be treated with respect and dignity, you have attacked like a lion on Bali and liberated him, thereby removed the grief of  your sincere companion Sugrivah. Oh! Bhagavan, you have victoriously marched to Lanka with the numerous army warriors of monkeys and bears, and fought against the mountain-sized demon Kumbhakarnna, and several demons, you have constructed a mighty bridge across the vast ocean with the help of monkey warriors, you have released the deities who were imprisoned by Ravana, further, you have killed the ten faced powerful demon Ravana and his entire clan. Oh! Bhagavan, you have reduced the burden of Earth by destroying the wicked demons, and removed the trepidations of the deities, I shall meditate upon the Supreme Lord Sri Ramachandra who is incomparable, pure, unblemished, Adhvaitha Anandha Swaroopa Nirguna Paramathma Parambhramam personified as the son of King Dasaratha and Devi Kausalya. The Sagunaswaroopa Sri Ramachandra along with Mayaswaroopini personified as Rajarajeshwara Sri Ramachandra to protect Prithvi from the atrocities of wicked demons, and spread bliss to the Mahathma and pious souls. Oh! Bhagavan, you are eulogized by Adhishesha, Veda, Saraswathi, Shiva, Maharishi Narada and Sankadhi Munivrindha, and Bhakthavrindha, Oh! Bhagavan, your various amusements are beyond words, Oh! Bhagavan, you are beloved of Lord Shambhu, Oh! Ayodhyanath Srirama, Oh! Bhagavan, I am Tulsidas completely worn out of grief due to attachment on  material matters, wealth, money, fame, possession, wife, children, relatives and companions, body and I consciousness, impurities of Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha, and Mathshcharya,  kindly be the safest vehicle to cross the Dhukharoopi Samudra of worldly existence of mine.”
