Sri Vittala Sahasranama Sthothram – Padma Puranam – Lyrics and meanings 61 – 70

I shall meditate upon Lord Vittala who is the provider of self-realization/realization about the soul even to the people who committed severe sins, he eradicates worldly bondage of the worshiper, he is the protector of Phalguna from all kinds of perils, he is worshiped by Phalgu and he has provided abundance of pieties to him, he is divine personified as Yadhava who is beloved of people Vraja and protector of Yadhava, he is closely associated with Phalguna, he reclines on the bed of serpent, he performed dance on the numerous hoods of serpent, he symbolizes pieties and pureness, he eradicates the sins of worshiper, he is a great scholar, he performs the function of nourishing and maintaining the livng beings, he resides on the sand bank of sacred river Yamuna, he lures the heart of Pundareeka and submissive to him, he is eternal, contented, free from fear or pain, and unblemished, he spread happiness to the distressed and despondent, he has most pleasing form to eyes, he is supreme preceptor who strictly follows rules and insists to follow the same, he provides meritorious piety,  he is deserved to be venerated, he guides us to the path of renunciation which is free from happiness and worldly bondage, he is skillful and impartial, he is great commander,  he is personified as Nara and Narayana, he is the enemy of demon Dhenukasura, he has supreme abode, he is the creator of Universe and its living beings, he symbolizes wealth, he symbolizes happiness/opulence, and he is fond of virtuous people, he is flawless and deserved to be venerated, he strongly restore righteousness on Earth, he is Dharanidhara who is the protector of Universe and its living beings, he marvelously upholded Mother Earth with his fierce projected tooth, he is the annihilator of demons, he is attired in directions as garment, he is the Lord of Lords who shines as Shikhamani/precious ornament decorated on the head, he purified Dhama who adorned Krishna with flower garlands, he has the effulgence of Surya, he crushes the pride of demons, he  destroys  the Dhanavas, he represents steadfastness , he is unwavering, he is most venerable/primeval, he is the creator as well as the preserver of the Universe and its living beings, he is the Lord who is the preserver of three worlds, he is the cause for deluge at the end of Yuga, he is Theerthacharana who is  the cause for bringing sacred river Ganga on Earth, he satisfied the young maidens of Vraja by performing most celebrated Rasaleela, as an youth he immersed in the various amusements on the sacred land, he is Prabhu who elevates the soul and guides to cross the unfathomable ocean of samsara, he reclines in the abode of milky ocean/Thoyamoorthi, he is unharmed by Thamasic nature and he eradicates the darkness of ignorance in worshiper/Thamotheetha, he exposed his immediate presence from the pillar for Prahladha, he symbolizes severe penances, he represnts lightning, dark clouds, and stars, he is the protector who is  fond of excellent/clear/loud musical notes.
