Saubharir speaks “ The thousands of

desires fulfilled, it destroys severe sins/Mahapapa, it provides abundance of pieties and long life to the worshiper, whoever reads or listen to it for a
week during the hours of dusk would get rid of fear from thieves, and Oh!
Dhvija, worship of Goddess Yamuna and recitation of her thousands of sacred names
would eradicate all kinds of fears, whoever recites or listens to these sacred verses
and worship Goddess Kalindhi for ten
weeks would attain highly meritorious rewards, patients with incurables would
get rid of their illnesses, worshiper would get freed from worldly bondages,
childless couple would be blessed with virtuous offspring, students would
attain scholastic skills, worshiper would be blessed with eye-catching beauty, and abundance of wealth,
worshiper would be freed from insanity/gloomy/depressed state and attain
abundance of wealth, it would fulfil all desires of the worshiper, Bhramin will
attain the honor of Bhramavarchasvin/who has profound knowledge of Bhramam,
royal personage would turn into Jagathpathi/commander of the world, Vaishya
would attain the honor of
Nidhipathi/commander of wealth, and Shudhras get purified, it should be recited
with utmost faith and devotion during the hours of worship of Goddess Yamuna
who has the resemblance to lotus flower and without stick on to sins,
recitation of these sacred verses of thousands sacred names of Goddess Yamuna
for hundreds of weeks on regular basis would bring abundance of rains, it works as protective shield
to the worshiper, it is definite that it would bring greatest kingdoms in the
Sapthadhvipa to the worshiper, whoever reads or listen to these sacred verses without any desires would attain
sincere devotion at the lotus feet of Goddess Yamuna, it would bring Thraivarga
Phalam/Dharma, Artha, Kama, and ultimately Jeevanmukthi/liberation from
repeated births.”
I shall meditate upon Goddess Yamuna/Kalindhi
who was born in the illustrious clan and descended down to Earth as sacred water
body in the dense creepers of Kadamba in Goloka, which is the sacred land of
Vraja, as a most fascinating place for amorous sport.
