Rina Mochaka Mangala Sthothram – Lyrics and meanings

I shall prostrate before Lord Mangal/Angaraka  who is the son of Goddess Bhoomi, he eradicates the Rinas  such as Deva Rina, Rishi Rina and Pithru Rina are the three kinds of debts of  humans born with, he is the provider of wealth to worshiper, he is firm with great stature, he creates impediments, he is Lohitha/planet Mars, he has crimson colored complexion and reddish eyes, he symbolizes Samagana, he is too compassionate to his worshiper, he is son of Dhara/Goddess Bhoodevi, he is also known as Kuja and Bhauma, he provides wellbeing and fortune to worshiper, he is dearest darling son and delight of Bhoomi, he is Angaraka, he represents Yama, he eradicates all kinds of illness of worshiper, he is like downpour  bestows abundances of boons to worshiper, he is the source of righteousness and he eradicates the Rinas of the worshiper, he is the provider of all the auspiciousness and fulfils all the desires of the worshiper, above are the glorious names of Lord Kuja/Angaraka/Mangal/Mars, should be recited with intense faith and devotion, whoever reads or listens to it would get  freed from all Rinas and it provides abundance of affluence to worshiper, I shall prostrate before Lord Angaraka who is the son of Dharani, he has the effulgence of lightning, he is youthful who is wielded in weapon Shakthi, whoever recites or listens to the sacred verses of Lord Angaraka on regular basis would be relieved from the predicaments of Bhauma,  he is Angaraka who has powerful arms, he is divine personified and too compassionate to worshiper, I shall prostrate before Lord Angaraka and earnestly pray to eradicate all kinds of Rinas, I shall earnestly pray to Lord Angaraka to  eradicate Rinas, illnesses, miseries and grief caused by poverty, accidental and untimely death, all kinds of fears, mental afflictions etc.. I shall earnestly pray to Lord Angaraka who is powerful and difficult to propitiate, he is free from worldly affairs and self-subdued,  he provides contentment and richness like Kingdom if he get pleased and he seizes away all those at once if he gets wrathful, he is eulogized by Lord Virinchi/Bhrama, Lord Vishnu who is wielded in powerful wheel and illustrious Rishis and Sages, he symbolizes Sathva, he is powerful Griharaja/commander of planets,  I shall earnestly pray to Lord Angaraka to bless us with virtuous offspring, and permanent wealth, I shall surrender to the lotus feet of Lord Angaraka, kindly eradicate Rinas, miseries and grief of poverty, enemies and fears.  The above are the twelve glorious names of Lord Angaraka who is the son of Dhara, whoever recites or listens to the splendor of Lord Angaraka would be blessed with youthfulness, eternal fame and wealth.

Angaraka Mahabhaga  Bhagavath Bhakthavalsala |Thvam Namami Mama Ashesham Nrinamashu Vinashaya ||
