Sri Vishno: Shodashanama Sthothram – Lyrics and meanings

I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Vishnu, contemplate upon Lord Vishnu becomes ultimate cure for all kinds of illnesses,  Lord Janardhana who is the protector of living beings should be meditated while consuming meals, Lord Padmanabha who has lotus flower on navel should meditated before going to bed, Lord Prajapathi who is the source of offspring should be meditated during the ceremony of marriage, Lord Chakradhara who is wielded in vicious wheel should be meditated in the battle field, Lord Thrivikrama who measured the whole of Universe with his three strides should be worshiped during the stay in far off lands, Lord Narayana who reclines in the milky ocean should be remembered while leaving the Earth/death,  Lord Sridhara who is Lord of wealth/Lord who carries Goddess Sri on his chest should be remembered while having pleasurable time with the  wife, Lord Govindha who is the protector of Universe and its living beings and cows should be remembered during the hours of nightmares, Lord Madhusoodhana who is the slayer of demon Madhu, destroyer of  miseries and grief should be remembered while extreme perils and sorrow,  Lord Narasimha should be remembered in the dense wood, Lord Jalashayin who reclines in the milky ocean should be worshiped for getting rid of sins, Lord Varaha should be remembered in the middle of ocean, Lord Raghunandhan who is born in the illustrious clan of Raghu should be remembered while expedition through the highest peaks,  Lord Vamana who is personified as dwarf should be remembered while travel, Lord Madhava who is the consort of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi should be meditated at all times,  whoever reads or listens to the sixteen sacred names of Lord Vishnu during the early hours of dawn would get relieved from all sins, ultimately attain the abode of Lord Vishnu.
