always prostrate before the lotus feet of supreme Goddess of speech/Sri
Vageshvari who is pure, she resides on the lotus flower, she is the provider of
excellence in speech and she is lovely, she has attractive limbs, she is
amiable, Oh! Sarvathmane who resides as soul in living beings, kindly protect
us, she is the Goddess of speech who is personified as Durga/daughter of mount
Himavan, Kamala who resides on lotus flower and Thripura who is consort of
Thripurari as well, Oh! Devi, Oh! Sarvajjne who is omniscient, Bhramin who
doest not surrender at your lotus feet, would remain speechless and unwise in
their several births; your devotees would remain super intellect. Oh! Devi, I shall surrender at your lotus
feet, kindly protect me, she dwells in the middle of lotus like divine chakra ,
she explore from mooladhara to the Ajna Chakra on the face to Sahasrara, it enhances the skills in
writing. Oh! Devi, kindly blesses us
with profound skill to describe your glory, Oh! Devi who is beyond description,
she symbolizes nectar, even Yogeendhras are incapable to describe her splendor,
Oh! Sakaleshvari/omnipresent, who represents all Agamashasthras, kindly bless
us with your eternal presence, her lotus feet shines in intense luster of gem
decorated crowns decked on the head of
deities and asuras while they prostrate before her reverentially, Oh!
Vageeshvari who is the Goddess of speech, she carries scriptures and prayer
beads on her hand, her two hands are in Varadha and Abhaya hastha posture, her
body has the luster of camphor, kindly purify our intellect. Oh! Ambike, kindly protect us, she is attired
in majestic white silk garment, she is adorned in pearl and various bell
decorated ornaments, her face has the luster of moon with pleasant smile on it,
she is eternal bliss. Oh! Devi, kindly protects
us, she symbolizes supreme wisdom and knowledge, she eradicates darkness of
ignorance, she instills knowledge of self and knowledge of supreme soul, and
she is eulogized by supreme ascetics, Oh!
Moolathmike/who is the source of Universe and its living beings, she
represents female force of trinities, she has three faces, she is personified
as Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, Sri Saraswathi and Sri Parvathi, she is Thripura, her lotus feet spreads brilliance all around and its
worshiped by all, her face has intense radiance. Oh! Vedathmike who is the essence of Veda and
Vedantha, kindly protect us, she represents six limbs of Vedanga known as Niruktha/explanation
of words, Vyakarana/grammar, Jyothisha/auspicious hours/austronomy, Kalpa/ritual
instructions, Shiksha/pronounciation, and Chandhass/prosody/number of verses and sense organs, Oh! Devi who imparts the
supreme wisdom to soul, she dances in the lotus like heart of intellectuals,
Oh! Bhagavathi, kindly eradicate my worldly bondage, Oh! Bhadhre who symbolizes
auspiciousness kindly bless us with intense devotion. Oh! Parameshvari, kindly protect us and bless
us with intense devotion, whoever venerates you would be freed from impurities,
whoever reads or listens to these sacred
verses praising the splendor of Vageeshvari on daily basis, and performs
veneration of Goddess of speech who is pure, worshiper would attain pure
intellect and remain unblemished always.
