I shall
prostrate before supreme Lord Vaidhyanatha who is supreme cure for all the illnesses, he is
Shiva and Shankara/auspicious as well, he is Neelakanda who has bluish throat, he
is extremely compassionate, his lotus feet are worshiped by Lord Srirama,
Saumithri/Lakshman, Jatayu, Veda, Shadanana/Shanmukha, and Kuja, he is Shambhu
and Mahadeva as well, he has attractive matted hair locks, he is adorned in
sacred river Ganga on matted hair locks, he has three eyes, he has won over
Lord Yama, he is worshiped by all the deities and demons, I shall prostrate before
supreme Lord Shiva who is personified as Vaidhyanatha, he is beloved of fervent devotees, he crushed the pride of
demons of the city of Thripura, he is wielded in powerful weapon Pinaka, he
eradicates wicked people, he eradicates all kinds of illnesses caused by the
essential elements on Earth, he is venerated by illustrious Rishis and Sages,
he has Soma, Surya and Agni as three eyes, he provides excellence in speech,
hearing, and eyesight, he is eulogized by Veda and Vedantha, he is all
pervading, his lotus feet are worshiped by Yogeeshvara, he represents
trinities/Bhrama, Vishnu and Maheshvara, he has thousands of sacred names, he
is smeared in sacred ashes from the funeral pyre, he eradicates extreme fears
and fears caused by the evil spirit, sorrows and grief of the worshiper, he
dwells as soul in living beings, he has gracefully allocated half of the body
to his consort Goddess Sri Parvathi, he is mounted on celestial bull and
carries majestic flag that has the symbol of bull, he has mesmerizing
appearance smeared in sacred ashes, he provides virtuous offspring and
appropriate companion as wedded wife/husband, Lord Vaidhyanatha is the consort
of Goddess Balambika, he is the provider of Bhukthi as well as Mukthi, he
eradicates miseries and sufferings from illnesses, he is the safest heaven of
worshiper, he eradicates all the perils of the worshiper, he eradicates
untimely and accidental deaths, he provides all the auspiciousness to
worshiper, he eradicates sorrows derived from excessive desires and passion, he
has neither beginning nor end, I shall repeatedly prostrate before supreme Lord
Vaidhyanatha who is worshiped by the whole Universe, he has pleasing
disposition, he is supreme spirit, he is highly honorable, he fulfills all the
desires of the worshiper, he is the cause of Universe and its living beings, he
witnesses the functions of the Universe, he carries out the smooth functioning
of Universe, ultimately he absorbs all those created at the end of Yuga, he is
adorned in crescent moon on matted hair locks, he is Mrida who is too
compassionate, he is supreme physician, he is the provider of auspiciousness,
he is Mahesha who is closest companion of the worshiper and he is closest
associate of distressed and destitute, he is wielded in powerful trident,
Damaru, Dindi, Pattisa, Pasha, and Angusha, he is Lord of Lords, he is the Lord
of Universe, he is beloved of Universe and its living beings, he is the safest
heaven to the distressed people, he is worshiped by all the deities, he is
supreme Lord who is extremely valorous, he is worshiped by Nandi, Bhringi and
Ganas, he is beloved of Girirajasutha/Goddess Parvathi, he destroyed the demons
of the city of Thripura, he crushed the pride of Lord Kamadeva and demon
Andhakasura, he performs the task of creation, preservation and ultimately causes
deluge at the end of Yuga, he is the protector as well as Lord of Universe, he
is consort of Goddess Uma, he is closest companion of distressed people, he is
beloved soul of Goddess Parvathi, he is ocean of mercy, he destroys the clan of
wicked demons, he is safest heaven to worshiper, he is supreme bliss, he is
beyond Thrigunas, he eradicates mental as well as physical afflictions, he has
unique eyes, he provides the state of renunciation to passionate devotees, he
has powerful arms, he is harmless, he is void of impurities, he is supreme Lord
Shankara who provides all kinds of auspiciousness, he eradicates all kinds of
illnesses, he is safest heaven to worshiper who are surrendered at his lotus
feet, he protects the Universe and its living beings.
