Sri Shastha Sthuthishathakam – Sri Adhishankaracharya - Lyrics and meanings

I shall always prostrate before supreme Lord Shastha who is the son of Esha and Keshava, he is Lord of Universe, whoever venerates Lord Bhoothanatha who is extremely compassionate, would get relieved from all the troubles and miseries, he has the luster of full moon, he fulfills all the desires of the worshiper who surrender at his lotus feet, I shall take refugee at the lotus feet of Harinandhana who is the son of Lord Hari, he is lustrous like moon, he has marvelous and shining hair locks, he is adorned in various precious ornaments all over the body which makes jingling noises, I shall take refugee at the lotus feet of Harinandhana who is the delight of Lord Hari, he is worshiped by the whole Universe, he has attractive nose, he has sparkling eyes resembles to  sun, his beautiful curly hair locks has the luster of blue, he is adorned in fresh alluring flower garlands, he is  Lord of three worlds, he is the Lord of Pramadhaganas, I shall take refuge at the lotus feet Bhoothapathi, who is the commander of Bhoothaganas, he  is the son of Lord Hara and  Lord Hari who is lustrous like lotus flower, he symbolizes piousness,  he is adorned in magnificent earrings which spread intense luster on the neck areas, I shall  always prostrate before Prabhapathi who is the Lord of Light, he is extremely valorous, he holds Dhanda, he is wielded in powerful bow and arrow, he has great effulgence,  he is the destroyer of enemies, I shall always prostrate before supreme Lord Shastha who represents Mukundha and Kalanthaka, he is adorned in various fresh alluring flower garlands on the beautiful chest  smeared in highly fragrant rich sandalwood paste from the Malaya mountains, he is attired in pure and crisp blue garments, I shall always prostrate before supreme Lord Boothanatha who is the son of Thripuranthaka/slayer of demons of Thripura, and Muranthaka/slayer of demon Mura, he is resembles nectar which is the source of liberation from repeated births, whose lotus feet are sought after by illustrious Rishis and Sages, I shall reverentially prostrate before supreme Lord Bhoothanatha who eradicates miseries and sorrows of worldly existence, I shall prostrate before Pramathayoothapathi who is Lord of Pramathaganas, he has marvelous form with his consorts Devi Poornna and Pushkala, and he  is the source of welfare and happiness to the Universe, he has most desirable features, he has great radiance, he lures the intellect of the worshiper,  Oh! Bhoothesha who is Lord of Bhoothaganas, Oh! Karunamrithapoora, who is ocean of mercy, he is flawless, Oh! Varanidhe, who showers abundance of boons, he is too compassionate to his devotees, he fulfills all the desires of the worshiper,Oh! Bhoothanatha, kindly protect us from extreme fears, miseries and troubles of the unfathomable ocean of worldly existence, I shall always prostrate before supreme Lord Bhoothanatha, Oh! Bhagavan, kindly bless us with intense devotion at your lotus feet at all times, Oh! Natha who is the Lord of Universe and its living beings, symbolizes auspiciousness, he is the safest heaven to Mumukshu who yearn for liberation from repeated births.
