I shall prostrate before supreme Goddess
Neela Saraswathi who is omnipresent, she is the commander of thousands and
millions of Bhramanda, she has dreadful appearance, she produces shrieking
voices, she destroys wicked enemies, she is beloved of passionate devotees, she
showers abundance of boons, she is worshiped by Suras and Asuras , Siddha and Gandharva Ganas, she eradicates
dullness, ignorance, and foolishness of the worshiper, she has attractive
matted hair locks, she has insatiable tongue which is rolling out of the mouth,
she is adorned in crescent moon on the crown, she has the swiftness of thought,
she is the source of intellect, wisdom and knowledge, she has pleasing
disposition, she is formidable too, she has wrathful form, she is the creator
of Universe, she is the ultimate object of fervent devotees, she symbolizes
Hroomkara, she is fond of fire sacrifices, she has personified as Ugrathara,
she has endless fame, she is the source of
poetic skills, she eradicates evilness and wickedness of the worshiper,
she is worshiped by Lord Indhra and deities, she is extremely compassionate,
she guides us safely cross the ocean of worldly existence, she is the source of
religious fervor, Dharma, Arththa, Kama and ultimately Moksha, she destroys
enemies of the worshiper, she eradicates afflictions, pain and troubles, she is
the source of auspiciousness, she is supreme Goddess, she is divine personified
as Neela Saraswathi who has blue attractive limbs, she is the source of
excellence in speech, she is Maheshvari who is female aspect of Lord Maheshvara,
she is Vagdevi who is Goddess of speech, she has glorious seven forms known as
Sapthasaraswathi described in Thanthra scriptures, she represents Chinthamani
Saraswathi, Gnanasaraswathi, Neela
Saraswathi, Ghata Saraswathi, Kini Saraswathi, Anthariksha Saraswathi,
Thrikoota Saraswathi, Mathanga Saraswathi/Mathangi who is beloved consort of
Mathanga, Thara Saraswathi who is beloved consort of Akshobhya Shiva, Veena
Saraswathi who is female aspect of Lord Bhrama/Bhramini, she symbolizes Paravidhya,
Devavidhya, Shasthravidhya, Mahavidhya, and Siddhavidhya, she is a great
illusionist, she symbolizes the sacred syllables of Aimkara, Manthrini, Kali,
Thara, Ekajata , Ugrathara, Dhakshin Kali, and Tharini, she is the source of
renunciation/rejection, abandonment, she has most attractive dark cloud complexion,
she is attired in skin of leopard, she
is decked in bodiless head of corpse as garland, she is decked in severed arms
around the waist, she is fond of blood, she is Bhadhrakali, she is fond of fire
sacrifices, she is the source of wealth, richness, prosperity and opulence, she
is alarming, she eradicates miseries, sorrows and grief of the worshiper, she
symbolizes wisdom and knowledge, she is pure/unblemished, she is attired in
crisp white garment, she is seated on the lotus flower, she has swan as
celestial vehicle, she holds Akshamala/prayer beads, Veena and sacred scriptures,
she is the protector of Universe and its living beings, she has personified as
Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswathi, she has eight arms and she holds
Ganda, Shoola, Pasha, Angusha, Chakra, Shankha, Sharnga, and lotus flower, she
has lustrous face resembles to full moon, she is Gauri who has fair complexion,
she is the slayer of demon Shumbha and Nishumbha, she represents Thanthric
rite, she is the source of excellence in
speech, I shall repeatedly prostrate before the lotus feet of supreme Goddess
Neela Saraswathi, Hail to supreme Goddess Neela Saraswathi!
