Goddess Sri Kamakshi, your majestic gait brings shame to Swan, as if they have learnt the splendid way of walking from you, therefore they
reveal greatest admiration to the lotus flower which is the dwelling place of
your lotus feet. Oh! Goddess Sri
Kamakshi, consort of Lord Shiva, enemy of Lord Manmatha, who has cupid arrows
as weapon, your lotus feet has an intense dislike towards the lotus flower
which possess Rajoguna and packed with impure bees, it shrivel at the arrival
of Lord Chandra, in this way it express displeasure
towards Lord Chandra. It is obvious that your lotus feet are unblemished and it
has brilliant radiance, therefore they reveal discontent towards lotus flower. I shall meditate upon the lotus feet of Goddess
Sri Kamakshi, it provides proficiency in poetic skills, they are the savior for
the suffering people, it has the gorgeousness and brilliance of lotus flowers, it
has attractive crimson color, it dwells in the heart of Sages and Rishis, its
most beautiful and has slow gait, It has the power to eradicate all the sins of
worshipper. Your lotus feet are supreme
and incomparable, it provides liberty from the cycles of birth and death, your
foot nail has the resemblance to the cool rays of Lord Chandra, your lotus feet
are eulogized by Veda, it is venerated by all the deities, it thrashes the
pride of lotus flower. Oh! Goddess Sri
Kamakshi your lotus feet are supreme, it has attractive brilliance, it is soft
and supple and it has the nature of herb, virtuous people aware the fact that the
herbs are fond of woods but your lotus feet are immersed in the protection of
the Universe. Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi,
your lotus feet is decked in gem studded anklets which produce melodious noise,
it gives immense pleasure to the intellectuals who are fond of solitude, how
did they fallen in love at your lotus feet? Your Crimson colored lotus feet
provide eternal wisdom to the worshipper.
Oh! Girisuthe, Oh! Paramashiva Vamakshi/consort of Lord Parameshwara,
Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, I shall earnestly
pray to attain your lotus feet which is Rathnasethu, I am completely exhausted
by the battering waves of desires, I am helpless in crossing the far stretched
huge ocean of Karma before me. Oh! Nakhapathi Suthe/daughter of Mount
Himavan, Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, I am tattered
in the powerful water current like sins, therefore I have lost intelligence and
wisdom, I shall earnestly pray that your lotus feet has the capabilities to
remove the ignorance and provide wisdom in me.
During summer season the entire watercourse dries up and peacock express
their displeasure, as soon as the winter approaches the peacock express their delight
and dance, water courses load with brimming water. Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, whoever worships
your lotus feet would be blessed with brightness in their life and it removes
entire darkness, their sins would be burnt into ashes like the fire flies get attracted
to the fire. Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi,
luster of your foot nails are the store house of pearl shell, they are capable
to protect the virtuous people who are surrendered to you, it removes the
sorrows and grief from the world of Samsara, it motivate the power of intelligence in the intellectuals and Sages.
