I shall
prostrate before supreme Lord Krishna who is the ocean of bliss, I shall meditate upon Lord Krishna who is the
jewel of Vraja land, he is the destroyer
of all the sins, he purifies the mind of
his passionate devotees, he is the affectionate child of Nandha, his beautiful
hair locks is decked with the feathers of
peacock, he holds divine flute in his hand which produce melodious music. I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Krishna
who has the splendor of an elephant, he thrashed the pride of Lord Indhra and
Lord Manmatha, he has wide attractive eyes that has the resemblance to lotus
flowers, he pacifies the Gopis during
their troubled times, he lifted the Mount Govardhana with his little finger, he
has attractive smile. I shall prostrate
before supreme Lord Krishna who is the adorable child of Nandha and the entire
cow herds, his lotus feet remains in the heart of his ardent devotees at all
times, I shall prostrate before the lovely child of Nandha, whose beautiful
curly hair locks rests all over his gorgeous face, he is the destroyer of all
the evil effects and protects the entire world, he is the darling of cow
herds. I shall prostrate before supreme
Lord Krishna who is the dearest child of Nandha, he has incarnated to reduce
the burden of Earth, he guides his passionate devotees to cross the ocean of
Samsara and Karma as well, he is the most adorable child Kishora of mother
Yasodha who steals the heart of his passionate devotees, he has attractive
sparkling eyes which is relentlessly followed by the honey bees and he appears
in different magnificent forms. I shall
prostrate before the Supreme Lord Krishna who is the son of Nandha Gopa, he is
the store house of virtues, he is the symbol of eternal bliss, he showers
abundance of mercy upon his passionate devotes and the deities as well, he
works for the welfare of the deities, I
shall prostrate before the supreme Lord Krishna who has supreme brilliance, he
has the complexion of beautiful dark clouds, he is attired in majestic yellow
clothes that has the resemblance of lightning and remains all new before the
cow herds. I shall prostrate before
supreme Lord Krishna who plays melodious music on his divine flute, he is the
darling and adorable child of all the cow herds in the Vraja land, he spreads
extreme bliss among them, I shall prostrate before Lord Krishna who has the supreme brilliance of Lord Surya, he spreads immense joy among the cow herds
although they are not keen for that. I
shall prostrate before supreme Lord Krishna, who swallowed the colossal fire in
the woods, reveals his eternal presences in the minds of virtuous
cowherds. I shall prostrate before
supreme Lord Krishna who is inseparable from Sri who is the personification of
wealth, he has the effulgence of youth that spreads in all directions, and he
is the provider of salvation to Gajendhra.
I shall
recite the glorious verses of Krishnashtakam/glorious myth of Lord Krishna relentlessly;
kindly bless me with your eternal grace.
Whoever recites the above verses twice would be blessed with staunch
devotion to Nandanandhana/Lord Krishna.
