Sri Krishna Dhyanam II – Lyrics and meanings

I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is decorated with the feathers of peacock on curly hair locks, his forehead is decorated with sandal paste and vermilion, he is decked in pearl garlands, and precious Kousthubham, garlands made of fresh flowers of Mandhara that spread supreme fragrance, he carries divine flute on his hand, he is attired in majestic yellow garments and lure the hearts of young maidens of Vraja. I shall meditate upon Sri Venugopala Krishna  who has graceful posture keeping one leg behind the other, he has attractive eyes, he  is surrounded by serpents, birds and cattle, his melodious music on flute distracts the young maidens who are engaged in feeding their babies with their milk, he is too compassionate , he is the provider of wealth, cows, virtuous offspring to his passionate devotees, he is decked in feathers of peacock on  curly hair locks, he is  prostrated by Sages, Rishis and deities.  I shall meditate upon Lord Mukunda who has dark complexion, he has ever smiling face, he is decked in feathers of peacock on curly hair locks, he is young and charismatic, he is attired in crimson colored clothes, and he entices the hearts of young maidens of Vraja and dwells on the river bank of Yamuna, I shall earnestly pray to Lord Krishna to lure the hearts of all the living beings.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is decked in magnificent ear ornaments that touches the shoulders while tilting his head, he has beautiful black eye brows, his attractive lips are partially opened and eyes are partly opened, he is seated under Kalpavruksha and his fingers are moving according to the tunes of the melodious music produces from the flue, he is Jaganmohana/entice the whole Universe.   I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Krishna who is decked in flower garlands and feathers of peacock on curly hair locks, he is decked in Vanamala on chest, his forehead is decorated with  sandal paste and vermilion, he is charismatic, he is immersed in the nectar like melodious music produces from the flute, he is the personification of wealth, he is an attractive child with dark complexion.    I shall meditate upon Madhanagopala, who is decked in precious bangles that makes jingling noises while playing the divine flute, his ear is decorated with magnificent ear stud, he merrily explores through the sacred land of Vrindhavan, he is highly enthusiastic incarnated as Madhanagopala.  I shall meditate upon Lord Vishnu who manifested as  Madhanagopala, he has eight hands that carries bow made of sugar cane, flowers as arrows, wheel, lotus flower, rope, spear, divine flute etc.. he has the brilliance of Lord Surya.  I shall meditate upon Lord Gopala, who has eight hands that carries bow made of sugar cane, flowers as arrows, wheel, lotus flower, rope, spear, divine flute etc.. he is decked in Vanamala and his forehead is decorated with sandal paste and vermilion, he has the charisma superior to Lord Manmatha, he has smiling lotus face, he is surrounded by the young maidens of Vraja, he is the provider of abundance of boons to his devotees, he is the protector of three worlds.  I shall meditate upon supreme Lord Gopalakrishna, who explores through the woods which is packed with the fragrances of various fresh alluring flowers during the hours of dusk in spring season,  he settles on the high raised platform shines in the luster of moon, he is capable to entice all the living beings in the Universe, he has attractive stature, his beautiful look lures the hearts of Apsaras and celestials, he is surrounded by the beautiful young maidens of Vraja and venerates him  with extreme passion and emotion, he is all prepared for the amorous sport with the young maidens of Vraja.  I shall meditate upon Lord Mukunda, who is seated on the magnificent throne made of various precious gems in the marvelous hall constructed under the Kalpavruksha  in the sacred land of Dwaraka which is situated on the confluence of two sacred rivers, he has eight hands that carries wheel, conch, lotus flower, mace, flute and one hand in Gnanamudhra posture, he is seated with his consorts who carries gem filled vessels in their hands.
