Skandha continues “ I shall prostrate before Goddess Ganga who is the symbol of righteousness, she is the essence of righteousness, she is the provider of boons to her worshiper, she is Dhrithi/Shakthi who personified as daughter of Dhakshaprajapathi, she is eternal, she is pleased with the offerings of cow as charity, she is the provider of Dharma, Arththa, Kama and Moksha, she is the commander of Dharma, she is Dhathri, and she is an ornament to Earth, she is honorable, she is virtuous, she is wielded in weapons, she eradicates the sins of intellectuals, she is divine cure, she destroys wickedness, she is the essence of righteousness, she guides the virtuous through the path of Dharma, she is the provider of wealth and grains in abundance, she is the representation of Dharma who thrash the immorality, she is fond of the flowers of Dhaththura/white thorn apple, she is blameless, she guides her worshiper through the path of dharma, she provides the knowledge of Dharma and plenty of wealth and grains to her worshiper, her sacred waters are capable to provide Dharma, her sacred waters carries the richness of Dharma, she has given birth to righteousness, she undergoes strict austerities, she is the symbol of penance and austerities, she is Dharani/Earth who is worshiped by Lord Bhrama, she destroys the dissipation and provides supreme intellect to her worshiper, she represents happiness and prosperity, she is the provider of liberation from repeated births to her worshiper, she is the mother of Earth, she is Nandini who destroys all the perils, she destroys all the obstacles, she is the provider of  supreme intellect which is true and eternal bliss, she is originated from the glaciers, she is surrounded by Ganas, she is worshiped by Goddess Narayani and all female deities, she is unblemished, she symbolizes wisdom and knowledge, she destroys sorrows and perils, she provides abundance of wealth to her worshiper, she is the provider of eternal happiness, she has endless glorious myths, she is supreme treasure, she is the mother of all the rivers and ponds, she is the commander of all water courses, she derived from the celestial abode, she is brave and smeared in sandal paste, she is the provider of happiness, she washes away the severe sins of the Universe, she has descended down to Earth for the welfare of the Universe and its living beings, her sacred waters are nectar like highly fragrant originated from Mount Himalaya, she is pure, she eradicates miseries and drive away severe sins and impurities.”
