Skandha continues “ I shall prostrate before Goddess Ganga who has pleasing nature, she is emissary of deities descended down to Earth from the abode of celestials, she is the self- evident deity/Prathyakshadevatha, she is the delight of Pinaki, she is supreme Goddess, she resides in the water vessels of the ascetics, she is the sacred water derived from the lotus feet of Padmanabha, she washed the feet of Lord Padmanabha with her sacred waters as an offering, she is Padmamalini, she has descended down to Earth in order to flourish the land, she destroys repeated births, she destroys mountain sized sins of the souls, she disperse the fruit of Karma as well as boons, she has beautiful eyes resembles to fully blossomed lotus flower, she expanded her terrain as a greatest shrine, she ornamented the world of serpents, her sacred waters has the aroma of fresh alluring flowers, she is molasses to the virtuous people who have internal acquiescence/self realization, her sacred waters saturated the matted hair locks of her consort, she is the mother of the Universe/Vishwamatha, she is the supreme Goddess of the Universe/Vishweshwari, she is beloved to Vishwavishweshwara, she is derived from the abode of Lord Bhrama, she is Bhrami, she is Bhramanya worshiped by Lord Bhrama, she is unblemished, she is Vibhavari/dazzling, she is Viraja/pure, she is brought down to Earth by Vikrantha/valorous, she is a great companion to Earth, she is Vishnupadhi, she is Vaishnavi, she is beloved to Vaishnavaites/ardent devotees of Lord Vishnu, she is beloved to Virupaksha, she is beloved of Lord Shiva incarnated on the Earth, she is freed from fetters, she symbolizes supreme knowledge, her sacred waters are the essence of Vedic knowledge, she represents wisdom and knowledge, she is Vegavathi, she is worshiped by all, she is Bhramini, she is Bhramavadhini, she is the provider of abundance of boons to her worshiper, she is stretched out to far off lands, she is supreme Goddess, she is sinless/Vishodhani, she has various Siddhis, she is exempted from sorrows, she is meditated by wise people who yearn for liberation from repeated births, her sacred waters are undying nature, she is powerful, she has descended down from the sky for the welfare of distressed people.”
