|| Jai Sriman Narayana ||

I shall prostrate before Lord Rudra who is the protector of the living beings, he is firm, he has bluish throat, he is the consort of Goddess Uma, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Rudra who represents particular meter, he is Lord to Yama, and he symbolizes colossal fire, he is beyond time, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Vamadeva, who is the Lord of the Universe, he is the preceptor of the Universe, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord of Lords, he is the Lord the Universe, he is supreme Lord, he has flag that carries the symbol of divine full, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is supreme ascetic, he has four hands, he is serene, he has beautiful matted hair locks, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is smeared in sacred ashes all over his body, he is decked in venomous serpents as ornaments, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who has no beginning or end, he is not perceivable, he is serene, he is adorned in Rudraksha garlands, he is the destroyer of severe sins, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is eternal bliss, he is most desirable to the virtuous people who yearn for liberation from repeated births, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death. I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is personified as Ardhanareeshwara/who shared half of the body with his consort, he is the darling of Goddess Sri Parvathi, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is the cause for deluge at the end of Yuga and initiate the functions of the Universe at the beginning of new era, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who has sky as matted hair locks, he has deformed eyes, he is decked in crescent moon on matted hair locks, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lore Shiva who carries sacred Ganga, and crescent moon on his matted hair locks, he symbolizes auspiciousness/Shankara, he carries trident in his hand/Shoolapani, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is the cause for the origin of celestial abodes and their destruction, he is the cause for the origin of creation and destruction as well, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall earnestly pray to Lord Shiva to bless us with abundance of devout act, long life and good health, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.  I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is personified as Mahadeva, Vamadeva and Sadashiva, whoever surrendered to his lotus feet will not have the fear of death.
