I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shanaishchara who is the son of Lord Surya and younger brother to Lord Yama, I shall prostrate before Lord Shanaishchara who was born to  Devi Cchaya and Lord Marthanda, and has the luster of lightning.



I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shanaishchara who is worshiped by Amaras/Immortals/deities, Hara, Mahendhra and deities, he is great warrior mounted on marvelous chariot, he has  swift  movements, he is decked in various precious ornaments, he is attired on the skin of animal, he has terrible appearance, he is Mahasauri who is beloved of Manu, he is Mahadheerha who dwells in the home for long time, he represents eclipse and he is the source various auspiciousness too, he symbolizes emptiness, he is dreadful, he guides us through the path of liberation from repeated births, he is the Lord of Makara/Capricorn and Kumbha/Aquarius, he is worshiped  Sage Bhrigandu, he symbolizes sacred hymns, he is beloved of  fresh alluring flowers of Mallika, he represents Mahamanthra, he dwells in Mahayanthra, he is divine personified with supreme luster, he is beloved of Mahadeva, he is worshiped by Emperor Mahabali, he is worshiped by illustrious Rishis and sages, he has slow gait, he is a great illusionist, he gets immensely pleased with the offerings of black gram/Til as charity, he is mighty Lord  symbolizes virtues, he is illustrious and he is the provider of awareness in Yoga, he symbolizes Yajja, he represents Yuga, he is supreme ascetic, he symbolizes Yoga, he is younger brother to Yama, he symbolizes Yoga and Yuga as well, he symbolizes Yajja, he is the performer of Yajja, he represents the procedures of Yajja, he is worshiped by Yaksha, Rakshasa, Vethala  and Kooshmanda, he is the source of devotion and respective rank to Yama and deities, he is the provider of sensual pleasures to worshiper, he is fond of Yoga, he symbolizes Yoga, Yajja and Yuga, he is worshiped by the clan of Raghus, he has dreadful form too, he is beloved of Raghunandhana and he gets immensely pleased with the recitation of  sacred hymns of Raghu.
