I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is youthful, he is mounted on a celestial vehicle bull, he is absorbed in the firm embrace of Goddess Sri Parvathi who is the daughter of Mount Himavan, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who resides on the sacred pond and rivers, he provides an abundance of boons and fulfills all the desires of the worshiper who prostrate before him, his lotus feet are worshiped by Lord Narayana, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is mounted on celestial bull, he is worshiped by Virinchi/Lord Bhrama, Lord Vishnu, Lord Indhra and deities, his body is smeared in sacred ashes from funeral pyre, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is Jagadheeshvara/Lord of the Universe and its living beings, he is Jagathpathi who is the Lord of the Universe, he symbolizes auspiciousness as well as triumph, he is venerated by illustrious Jambhari, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is the supreme medicines for all the illnesses, he symbolizes the sacred syllables of  Panchakshara/Om Namashivaya, he resides in the cage-like heart of virtuous people, he undertakes the functions of creation, preservation and destruction of Universe and its living beings, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is extremely charming, he lures the lotus-like heart of the worshiper, he always works for the welfare of the Universe and its living beings, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who eradicates the evil effects of the Kali era, he provides an abundance of auspiciousness to the distressed and people from  low status, he is the presiding deity of Mount Kailash, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who eradicates impurities and inauspiciousness, he provides welfare and happiness to the Universe and its living beings, he holds alms pitcher, he symbolizes supreme  intellect and Smrithi, he is eulogized by sacred Veda,I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is mounted on a grand chariot, he has Surya, Chandra, and Agni as three eyes, he has the luster of the autumn moon, he is adorned in the crescent moon on matted hair locks, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who has attractive matted hair locks, he is void of Jara/aging, and Mrithyu/death, he is worshiped with lotus flowers by Janardhana, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is impartial, he is the Lord of Goddess Sri Parvathi who is splendorous and serene, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Shankara along with Goddess Sri Parvathi, I shall prostrate before Lord Shiva who is the protector of living beings, he is responsible to protect the three worlds, he is worshiped by all deities and demons.  The above are the glorious verses of Dhvadhasha Sthothram, whoever reads or listens to it during the hours of dawn, noon and dusk, with intense devotion and faith would attain Sarvasaubhagya/all the auspiciousness and the worshiper would live hundreds of years in the abode of Lord Shiva.
