I shall
prostrate before supreme Goddess Maheshvari who is personified as Thara, she
guides us to cross the unfathomable ocean of Samsara/worldly existence, she is
adorned in serpents and garlands of skull, she has insatiable tongue, she has
bluish complexion, she is absolute Bhramam, she is adorned in serpent as waist
ornament, she is divine personified and she has the luster of blue lotus
flower, whoever reads or listen to the
eight sacred names of Goddess Thara would attain all kinds of supernatural
powers with the blessing of Goddess Mahaeshvari. I shall prostrate before supreme Goddess Thara
who appears in a specific posture, her left leg has stretched out in the forefront and the right leg little
backward, she has dreadful appearance, she is adorned in garlands of skull, and
she is formidable, she has pot sized belly, she has massive stature, she is
attired in the skin of leopard, she is youthful, she has marvelous appearance
with five auspicious Mudras, she has powerful four arms, she has insatiable
tongue that hangs out of the mouth, she has colossal form, she showers
abundance of boons to worshiper, she holds Khadga and vicious weapons on both
the hands, she hold skull and lotus flower on the other two hands, she has
reddish brown matted hair locks, I shall meditate upon supreme Goddess Thara
who is adorned in crescent moon on matted hair locks, her three eyes has the
brilliance of Surya mandala in the early hours of dawn, she has most alarming
appearance with sharp protruding teeth, standing in the middle of funeral pyre,
I shall meditate upon supreme Goddess Thara who has most desirable form, seated on the
majestic white lotus flower, with
pleasing smile, adorned in various precious ornaments all over the body.
