I shall prostrate before supreme Goddess Adhivarahi who has the appearance Varaha/wild boar faced, she showers abundance of boons, she is adorned in gem decorated crown, she is adorned in magnificent earrings of coral, she is adorned in flower garlands on the large and high raised bosom which makes her slightly bend forward due to its heaviness, she is attired in majestic yellow silk garment, she holds Musala, Langala and Kapalam, on the left hand she holds bud of water lily, she has the complexion of dark clouds/manifestation of Durga, she has pleasing disposition.

Sri Devi speaks “Oh! Sreekanda, Oh! Karunasindho, Oh! Dheenabandho, Oh! Jagathpathi, who is smeared in sacred ashes all over the body, Oh! Parathpara, Oh! Prabho, Oh! Dhayanidhe I shall reverentially greet you with folded palms, Adhya is Chithswaroopa, she is void of passion and she is pure, she symbolizes supreme consciousness, and intellect, she is supreme spirit which does not undergo any changes, she is supreme bliss, she is not perceivable through sense, she is beyond senses, she is pure, she is void of desires, she has natural disposition, she is beyond virtues, she is blameless, she is beyond words, and  intellect, she represents Prakrithi, she is the source creation, preservation and destruction as well, she has manifested for the specific purpose of protection of Suras, she provides liberation from repeated births, she has manifested for augmenting fire sacrifices, her curly hair locks resembles to lightning, she is mighty Goddess who is  the slayer of Hiranyaksha, she has manifested as Varahi on Earth, she is mighty and dreadful as well, she is most alarming to the wicked Dhanavas, she is ShivA who has assumed dreadful appearance of Adhivarahi, kindly describe the thousands of the sacred names of Goddess Adhi Varahi, Oh! Dhayanidhe, be kind and bless me.”


Eshavara speaks “Oh! Vararohe/lovely faced one, Oh! Sadhu, saintly one, Oh! Dhanya/virtuous one, I am happy and fortunate, at your service, care, devotion and faith.”
