I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Medhadhakshinamoorthi who is profound in music, he has embodied as Universe, he is serene, he has personified as Kalashasambhava/Sage Agasthya, he represents Bhramin who sincerely follows Bhramanic rites, he showers abundance of boon, he is eternal, he is wielded in trident, he is supreme preceptor, he is Hara, he represents Marthanda, and Pundareekaksha , he is the Lord of Universe, he is valorous, he is worshiped by Mukundha, he is Vaidhyanatha who is supreme cure for all the illnesses, he showers abundance of boons to Purandhara/Indhra, he is beyond language, he represents all languages,  he is Vigenesha, he eradicates all the obstacles,  he is Lord of Kinnara,  he has supreme radiance, he is Sreenivasa who symbolizes wealth and prosperity, he holds Kapala, he is triumphant, he resides as soul in living beings, he has huge and formidable army, he represents Dhivakara, he is fond of bale leaves, he is Lord of Vashishta, he carries out the essential functions of the Universe, he is Lord of medicines/herbs, he is Vamadeva, he is Govinda  and Neelalohitha as well, he is Sriman Mahadeva who holds majestic flag that has the symbol of Vrishabha, he has the luster of camphor, he is smeared in the essence of camphor, he is truly compassionate, he is Thyagaraja, he is Lord of night, he has exquisite beauty, he has subtle form, he is Lord of Siddha, he has personified as Swarnnabhairava, he is Devaraja, he is ocean of mercy, he is unique, he is extremely valorous, he can be formidable, he symbolizes Sathvic nature, he is eternal, he is void of afflictions, he is infallible, he is unconquerable,  and silent, he is absolute truth, he is Bhava, he is Sarveshvara, he is supreme Lord who eradicates miseries and sorrows of worldly existence, he eradicates sufferings of poverty like fire in the mass of grass, he is the protector of Ganas, he is the source of liberation from repeated births, and supreme bliss, he symbolizes righteousness, he is beloved of ardent devotees, he undertakes extreme penances, he is Chandhramauli who is adorned in crescent moon on matted hair locks.
