|| Jai Sriman Narayana ||
I shall
meditate upon supreme Lord Narayana who is Vishnu, he eradicates extreme fears
and anxieties of worldly existence, he is the Lord of the Universe, he is
serene, he reclines on the serpent Anantha in milky ocean, he is Padmanabha who
has lotus flower on navel, he is the Lord of Lords, he is the source of
Universe and its living beings, he has the complexion of dark clouds, he has
divine mesmerizing limbs, he is beloved consort of Goddess Sri Lakshmi, his
beautiful eyes has the resemblance of lotus flower petals, he is surrounded by
illustrious Yogis and Rishis, I shall
prostrate before supreme Lord Narayana, who is eulogized by Lord Bhrama, Rudra,
Indhra, Varuna, and Maruthganas, with
sacred hymns, he is eulogized by Veda , Vedanga, and Upanishadhs, he resides in
the hearts of illustrious Yogis, he is worshiped by Suras and Asuras as well,
Oh! Rama, Oh! Purushoththama who is
flawless, he has embodied as Narahari, he is Narayana, he is Keshava, he is
Govindha, he holds majestic flag that
has the symbol of Garuda, he is store house of virtues, he is Dhamodhara, he is
Madhava who is beloved consort of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, he has personified
as Krishna who has the complexion of dark clouds, he is Kamalapathi who is the
consort of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, he is illustrious among the Yadhu clan/Lord
of Yadhu, he is Seethapathi who is beloved consort of Goddess Sita, he is
Sripathi/consort of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi who symbolizes wealth and
prosperity, he holds Goddess Mahalakshmi on chest, he is Vaikundapathi who
resides in the supreme abode of Sri Vaikundham, he is the Lord of living and
non-living creatures, Oh! Lakshmipathi who is consort of Goddess Sri
Mahalakshmi, kindly protects us. The glorious
scripture Srimad Ramayan describes Lord Rama’s expedition through the dense
woods where the illustrious Rishis and Sages immerses in meditation, Rama
killed demon Mareecha who was disguised as golden deer, Goddess Sita’s
abduction, Jatayu’s death, Rama’s conversation with the monkey king Sugreevah,
Vali’s death, Hanuman crossing the vast ocean, Hanuman burning the city of
Lanka into ashes, Rama killed Ravana and Kumbhakarnna in the vicious
battle. The most splendid scripture
Srimadh Bhagavatham describes nectar like various passionate sports of Lord Krishna
who was born as son of Devi Devaki, he augmented happiness and welfare on the
sacred land of cowherds, he killed the female demon Poothana who was disguised
as beautiful young woman, he elevated Mount Govardhana, he crushed the pride of
Kamsa, he destroyed the clan of Kauravas, and he protected the sons of Devi
Kunthi. Hail to Lord Krishna who has personified as the protector of cows and
cowherds/ Gopala, he resembles to precious gem Choodamani, he is surrounded by
young maiden of cowherds of Vraja, he is adorned in rich fragrant musk and
Kasthoori on forehead, precious gem Kausthubha on the chest, precious pearl on
nose and marvelous bangles, he holds flute on hand, he is smeared in highly
fragrant sandalwood paste all over the body, he is adorned in pearl decorated
ornaments on neck. I shall meditate upon
Lord Govindha, whose face has the luster of full moon, his beautiful face
resembles to fully blossomed lotus
flower, he is adorned in feathers of peacock on attractive hair locks, he is
adorned in Srivathsam and Kausthubham, he is attired in majestic yellow silk
garment, his majestic form is worshiped by the lotus like eyes of young maiden
of cowherds, he is always surrounded by cows and cowherds, he is Govindha who
takes immense pleasure in playing melodious music on flute, he has divine limbs
adorned in various precious ornaments. I
shall prostrate before supreme Lord Vishnu who is wielded in divine Chakra, he
is adorned in magnificent crown and earrings, he is attired in majestic yellow
silk garment, his eyes has the resemblance to lotus flower petals, he is
adorned in Kausthubham and Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi on chest. Oh! Devadeva, you are my mother and father,
you are my relative and companion as well, you are my intellect and wisdom, you
are my strength and wealth, Oh! Devadeva you are everything to me.

Varanane/lovely faced one, Oh!
Manorame/most desirable one, reciting the sacred names of Lord Rama, as Sri
Rama Rama Rama would be equivalent to recitation of thousands of marvelous
names of Lord Rama.
