Sri Krishnasthothram by Sri Vasudeva – Sri Bhramavaivarththa Puranam – Lyrics and meanings

|| Jai Sriman Narayana ||

Sri Vasudeva speaks “Oh ! Vibho, you are beyond senses, you are not perceivable through senses, you symbolize sacred syllables, you are beyond the three Gunas known as Sathvik, Rajasic, and Thamasic, you are attainable through intense meditation, you are Paramathma, you are divine personified on Earth, you are supreme Lord, you are independent, you reside as soul in living beings, you incarnate at your own will, you are supreme Lord, you are unblemished, you are Parambhrama, you are the source of Universe and its living beings, you are eternal, you have subtle as well as massive appearances, you are perceivable for the virtuous and righteous, you reside as soul in living beings and witnesses all the happenings, you remain invisible, you have personified with virtues and remain without properties as well, you are the essence of virtues, you represent Prakrithi, you are Lord of Prakrithi, you are primordial, you are the cause of dissolution of the Universe, you are beyond human intellect, you are Sarvesha who represents all the deities, you have assumed all forms, you are imperishable, you are the source of Universe and its living beings, you did not require any support system, you are the source of liberation from worldly existence, Oh! Vibho, how can I describe your endless attributes when  Anantha, Devi Saraswathi, Panchavakthra, Shadanana, Chathurmukha who is Vedakarththa, Ganesha,  illustrious preceptors, and Yogeendhra, Sages and Rishis, deities,  Muneedhra, Manu and Manava are incompetent to do so? How can I eulogize the dream that disappears instantly? Even Shruthi and learned are incompetent to do so? You have left behind the magnificent form and incarnated as little cowherd on the Earth.”

The above are the marvelous verses composed by Sri Vasudeva, whoever reads or listens to it during the hours of dawn, noon and dusk with intense devotion and faith at the lotus feet of Lord Krishna would be blessed with virtuous offspring of intense faith at the lotus feet of Lord Hari, it eradicates  miseries and sorrows, and threat from the enemies.
