Chapter - 77 -Sri Vinaya Patrika - Jeevathma is Paramathma – Sarvam Khalvitham Bhrama/Sarvam
Bhramamayam – Bhrama Sathyam Jagath Mithya
Sri
Tulsidas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Jeeva, you have considered the body as permanent;
the possessions, richness, wealth, money, fame, children, wife, companions and
relatives would follow you till the end of the Kalpa. Oh! Jeeva, Your ignorance
and attachment in worldly matters and bondage, Ahamkara, and Mamakara, the
impurities of mind such as Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha Madha, and Mathshcharya,
the excessive interest in the Shabdha, Sparsha, Rasa, Roop, and Gandha, driven
you afar from the Paramathma who reside as a soul in you and eventually you have completely
forgotten the Sacchidhanandha Swaroopa Paramathma Parambhramam, that thrown
into deep distress and miseries, eventually, you have hurled into the vicious
cycles of birth. Oh! Jeeva, you have taken several births as Keeta, Pathanga,
Manushya, and animals, etc., and have undergone endless miseries and grief. Oh! Jeeva,
you have not earned the happiness or joy not even in your dreams, the
Samsararoopi Mrigathrishna/reflection of water in the desert, made you chase
after material welfare and bodily pleasure. Oh! Jeeva, you are adamant, even
after facing several humiliations, distress, desolation, grief, and pain, you
have not stopped chasing after the worldly matters that have impermanent nature.
Oh! Ignorant, you have not perceived Sri Hari who resides as a soul, hence think yourself, have you achieved peace, the serenity of mind, and eternal
bliss leaving Sri Ramachandra who reside as a soul in you?”
Sri
Tulsidas Maharaj continues “Oh! Jeeva, you are that Chidhanandha Swaroopa
Paramathma resides in the milky ocean, Jeevathma is Paramathma who is free from
afflictions, unblemished, pure, eternal bliss, changeless, free from impurities
of Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha, and Mathshcharya, and it has neither birth
nor death. You have wielded in Maya/illusion the moment you have taken birth,
you are taking pleasure in the reflection of water, leaving the bliss/ the original
water which could quench your thirst. You have drenched yourself into
Samsaroopi Mrigathrishna, taking extreme pleasure in the Vishaya Bhoga Roopi
Mrigathrishna, you have believed them as real water and diving deep into it,
the truth is that no one has satisfied from the Mrigathrisha, which was not a real, but mere illusion. Oh! Wicked, you have abandoned that Vishudhdha/pure,
Avinashi/indestructible Purusha, Vikararahitha/free from impurities of Kama,
Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha, Mathshcharya, Sukhaswaroopa/supreme bliss,
Paramathma Parambhramam and you have forgotten the real in you as Jeevathma is
Paramathma. It is as foolish as the King had a dream of getting tortured in the
prison and the pain continues until and unless he gets out of sleep, in the same manner, the Samsararoopi Mrigathrishna and Mahamoha of the Jeeva who
have completely forgotten the truth ‘Jeevathma is Paramathma’, continues unless
and until the Jeeva gets out of the illusion with the knowledge of ‘Jagath
Mithya Bhrama Sathyam’ and Sarvam Khalvitham Bhrama/Sarvam Bhramamayam. Oh!
Jeeva, you have forgotten the Sacchidhanandaswaroopa Paramathma Parambhramam,
and attached to the worldly matters of richness, wealth, fame, possession,
money, self-made relationships such as father, mother, companions, wife, children,
relatives etc. and firmly fastened yourself with the Samsara that could not
give permanent bliss.”
