Chapter – 154-  Sur -Vinaya – Pathrika – The practice of devotion to achieve perpetual grace of the Lord

Sri Surdas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Prabho, Oh! Sri Hari, what is not possible for you? Your compassionate grace would make the dumb an excellent orator, the person who is not able to walk would climb up the hills with your grace, and the blind would enjoy the beauty of nature. Oh! Prabho, there is nothing impossible for you. Oh! Prabho, the Bhramin Ajamila followed a prostitute in the woods, ultimately later years of age he remembered the name of his youngest son ‘Narayana’, and got liberated from the emissaries of Yama. Oh! Prabho, Kubidi/who has three visible curves on the body approached you with the rich fragrant sandalwood paste, and smeared it on your entire body with pure love, in return you transformed her into a lovely woman and fulfilled her desire. Oh! Prabho, you have removed the mountain-sized sins of Ajamila and Kubidi with your grace. Oh! Prabho, the penniless Bhramin Sudhama visited you with pure love and devotion, you have showered an abundance of wealth and richness equivalent to Lord Indra. The sons of Pandu followed righteousness, you have been with them during all the troubles and protected them, finally, they won the vicious battle against Kauravas, even though they had a small number of army men. Oh! Prabho, you have brought back the deceased son of your preceptor from the abode of Yama, and offered the child as Gurudhakshina and highly pleased your preceptor. Oh! Prabho, you are capable to fulfil all the desires of the worshiper, Oh! Mortals, worship Lord Sri Gopal and sing in praise of him to achieve perpetual grace.”
