I shall prostrate before Supreme Lord who personified as Vathalayadheesha, he symbolizes auspiciousness, he is the provider of abundance of auspiciousness to the people living in Kali era, he is the ocean of mercy, he is wielded in divine weapons like Conch and Chakra. I shall prostrate before Vathalayadheesha who eradicates severe illnesses of the devotees who tirelessly recites the sacred names of Narayana during the whole period of Mahalaya and takes dip in the sacred waters of Ganga. I shall prostrate before Vathalayadheesha who is surrounded by passionate devotees during the hours of Bhramamuhurtha to witness the Vishvaroopa/divine form decorated in oil in order to eradicate the illnesses, I shall prostrate before Vathalayadheesha who immensely protect and nurtures the children and families with Dhivyanna/divine meal/before his sanctum, and whose glorious myths from the scriptures are persistently reverberates. I shall prostrate before Vathalayadheesha who is the provider of Nithyanna/daily meals, he is supreme Lord on Earth who is worshiped by the celestials, he can be worshiped as father as well as mother. Whoever recites these sacred names of Rama relentlessly during the hours of dawn, noon and dusk, would be blessed with abundance of pieties with the grace of Vathalayesha and they would attain all kinds of auspiciousness.
