I shall meditate upon Sri Batuka Bhairava during the hours of
early dawn, he is extremely charismastic, he has the luster of crystal, his
forehead is covered in beautiful curls of hair locks, his face has great
effulgence and he is adorned in beautiful ornaments, his hands and ankles are adorned
in magnificent ornaments. I shall
prostrate before Sri Batuka Bhairava who is youthful and has great vigor, he
has three eyes, he lures the heart of worshiper, he is wielded in Kapala, Thrishoola
and Dhanda, one hand in Varadhahastha posture, he is wielded in weapons in
order to destroys the wordly desires of the worshiper, he is adorned in
Kausthubham and various ornaments all over the body. I shall prostrate before
Sri Batuka Bhairava during the hours of early dawn, he symbolizes victory, he
is pure, he is Mahesha, he is wielded in
Naga, Pasham, Kapalam, Damaru, Srini, Gadgam, Gandam, he has reddish
brown hair locks, he has three eyes, he holds garland of skulls on his hands, he has fierce
protruding teeth, he is victorious. Oh!
Devadeva/Lord of Lords, Oh! Kripasindho/Ocean of mercy, kindly eradicates all
our enemies, kindly guide my intellect which is already soaked in worldly
desires in to the path of Moksha.
Whoever reads or listens to these glorious verses praising the splendor
of Bhairava would be relieved from all kinds of perils and worshiper would
remain fearless always.
