Sri Kardhama Prajapathi  speaks “ Oh! Vathsa/son, kindly narrates the ways to attain Yogashanthi, Oh! Janardhana/enlightened one, whom should I worship to attain the same.”


Sri Kapila speaks “ Oh! Mune, Meditation upon the lotus feet of supreme Lord Ganesha is the principal method to attain serenity/Shanthiyoga, he symbolizes  Yoga, he is absolute Bhramam, therefore he is most venerable, he is primordial, he is worshiped by all, he is the essence of Universe and its living beings,  he is worshiped by illustrious Rishis and Sages, he is primeval deity and continued to be in existence until the deluge, hence the Shasthras approves initial veneration of supreme Lord Ganesha, he is supreme Lord who receives initial oblation, his face resembles to elephant, he is eulogized by Veda, he represents army of Ganas, he is the leader of Ganas, he represents Universe, he has most attractive bodily features, he is Lord of all class, his elephant head represents absolute Bhramam, Oh! Mahamathe/Magnanimous one, I have described all that I have known about supreme Lord Ganesha who has elephant face/Gajanana and he symbolizes  sacred syllables of ‘Gakara’, he represents threefold, he is most excellent, he is absolute Bhramam, he symbolizes auspiciousness, he represents five stages of consciousness and five sense of objects, he is most desirable, he represents Mahabuddhi and Siddhi, he eradicates worldly desires of the worshiper, therefore, it is highly appropriate to meditate upon Lord Ganadheesha on regular basis, he is famously known as Chinthamani who is wish fulfilling gem, he symbolizes Yoga, worship of Lord Ganesha would provide inspiration in Yoga and peace of mind, Oh! Mahamune, worship of Lord Ganesha with the recitation of Yekakshara hymns, will highly please him, and it will provide Yogashanthi as well.”
