properties, she has subtle form, she is beyond Gunas, she is pure, she is
perceivable through pure intellect and wisdom, she is flawless, she has
embodied as Universe and its living beings, she has various beautiful
appearances too, she is worshiped in the whole Universe, she represents living
and non-living things, she has personified as Kali who has dreadful appearance,
she has insatiable tongue rolling out of the mouth, she is decked in bodiless
head as garlands, she holds powerful sword, she is Kapalini, she has dark blue
complexion, she is adorned in various ornaments and magnificent anklets, her
beautiful hair has the appearance of sky, she witnesses the happenings in the
Universe, she is the protector of Universe and its living beings, she is beyond
illusion, she has dark cloud complexion, she is supreme Goddess, she has wide
and beautiful eyes, she symbolizes wisdom, knowledge, and Siddhi, and she is the source of the same, she is safest
heaven and ultimate asylum of living beings, she causes deluge which results in
mass destruction at the end of Yuga, she is Maheshi who is beloved consort of
Maheshvara, she is highly honorable in the Universe, she is the cause of
Universe, she has Surya, Chandhra and Agni as three eyes, she is highly
enthusiastic, she imparts supreme wisdom and knowledge, she has beautiful physical
features, she symbolizes righteousness, sleep, hunger, and Sandhya/confluence
of day and night, she resides in the intellect of twice-born, her insatiable
tongue resembles colossal fire, she takes immense pleasure in the amorous
sport, she is always works for the welfare of Universe and its living beings,

she is beloved consort of Lord Shiva, she represents Swaha, and Swadha, she is Mahakali who eradicates
severe sins of the worshiper, she is the source of Dharma, Arththa, Kama, and
Moksha, she is Narayani, Ambika as well, she is the slayer of demons
Mahishasura, Rakthabeeja, Chanda and Munda, she represents the sacred syllables
of Kleemkara, she has supreme radiance, she has large protruding sharp teeth,
she is highly honorable, she has gruesome appearance, she has kept her hair
loosened , she is Dhakshin Kalika, she is a great illusionist, she undertakes
Yoganidra, she is decked in garlands of skull,
she produces shrieking voices, she is adorned in crescent moon on the
crown, she was born in the illustrious clan, she is the protector of clan, she
is the source of wealth, richness, prosperity, good fortune, opulence, welfare,
and happiness, she is passionate, she is the mother of Universe and its living
beings, she has the resemblances to colossal fire, she has dreadful appearance,
she is wrathful, she is Vishnumaya, she is too compassionate to ardent
devotees, she symbolizes amorous sport, she has personified as Kamakshi who
resides on the sanctified throne of Kamakoti Peeda, she has glorious ten
incarnations as Mahavidhya, she has endless glorious myths, she is pure and
most venerable, she symbolizes auspiciousness, she is seated with divine
gestures, she is the source of all kinds of auspiciousness, she has lustrous

Maharishi Naradha and illustrious Rishis, she fulfills all the desires of the
worshiper, she resides on the highest peak of Mount Kailash, she is pure, she
has lovely appearance, her eyes has the resemblance to lotus flower petals, she
destroys wicked Dhaithyas, she crushed the pride of Dhakshaprajapathi, she
eradicates worldly bondage of worshiper, she has most beautiful limbs, she has
huge belly, she is supreme Goddess, she undertakes Mahanidhra at the end of
Yuga, she symbolizes copiousness, she is the source of virtuous offspring and
grand children, she is virtuous woman, she represents Icchashakthi,
Gnanashakthi and Kriyashakthi, she has personified as Bhagavathi who is the
mother of Universe and its living beings, she is Maya, Durga, Neela, Manonmani,
and Khechari, she is wielded in Khadga,
Pasha, Angusha, Chakra, Trident, and
bow, she is Para who is the source of wealth and abundance of grains, she
eradicates impurities like lust, ego , desire, passion, jealous, pride and
anger, she is worshiped by Bhrama and deities, she has pleasing disposition, she eradicates the evil effects caused by
Bhootha, Pretha and Pishacha, she resides in the sacred shrines on the Earth,
she has personified as Mahavidhya, and Chamunda, she produces boisterous
voices, she has personified as Shodashi, I shall repeatedly prostrate before
the lotus feet of supreme Goddess Bhadhrakali, Hail to supreme Goddess
Bhadhrakali !
