I shall prostrate before supreme Goddess Adhishakthi who has embodied as sacred river Sarayu, she is omnipresent, she is the commander of thousands and millions of Bhramanda, she is Ramaganaga and Thapasa as well, she is the purifier of Universe, she is Premasarayu who symbolizes love, kindness, affection, prosperity, good fortune, final emancipation, and young maiden, she is Mahanadhi who is  love of Rama, she is munificent, she is lustrous like moon, her sacred water course represents abundance of wealth,  and amorous sport, she takes immense pleasure in passionate sport, she symbolizes wealth, and  Earth, she is most promising, she has personified as Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi who symbolizes wealth and richness, she has originated from Earth, she is prominent among the sacred rivers, she is famously known for Rama’s pastimes, she is the delight of Rama, she eradicates miseries and sorrows in the worldly existence, she is worshiped by Hanuman, Mareechi, and Maruthganas, she has the effulgence of the body of Ramachandhra, she is seated on the finely decorated palanquin, her sacred waters are life giving nectar, she symbolizes wealth, properties, and all kinds of richness, her water is rich with lotus flowers, she is streaming through the woods of Pramodhavanam, she removes impurities like ego, lust, desire, pride, arrogance, and anger, she removes the evil effects of Kali era, she is adorned in crescent moon on the crown, she has the luster of full moon, she resides in Sri Vaikundham, she is most desirable, she is supreme bliss, she is female descendent of Vashishta, she is worshiped by Sage Vashishta, she is fond of virtuous, pious, and submissive, she has golden color complexion, she is fond of being worshiped according to prescribed rite, her sacred water has the sparkling of precious yellow metal, she is superior, her sacred water course is the dwelling place of pack of honey bees, she is pure, she eradicates dullness,  and lethargy, she is vehement and zealous, she takes immense pleasure in surging through the mountain peaks, her water course  has sparkling nature, her sacred river banks are the dwelling places of illustrious sages and Rishis, she causes pain on wicked and removes the same, she showers abundance of religious fervor as fruit of penance, she removes afflictions and extreme anxieties, she symbolizes asceticism, her sacred water course is packed with waves, she has personified as Durga, she symbolizes steadfastness, perseverance, stability, and tranquility, she flourishes the growth of rich natural herbs, mineral and soil, she has embodied as sacred river in order to purify the whole world, she is the source of purity of mind and virtues, her sacred waters has soothing nature, she has beautiful gait, she is Mandhakini, her sacred waters are the dwelling place of various aquatic animals, she is highly honorable, she symbolizes endless virtues, she is worshiped by Maruthganas, her sacred river bank is the worship place of Ikshvaku, she is  silent spectator of all that happening, her sacred water has the luster of camphor, she is the daughter of mountain, she resides on the mountain peaks, she is Pathalaganga, she pave her ways through the world of  ancestors and descendents and finally confluences with the ocean, she enhances friendliness, pleasure, happiness, satisfaction, love and grace, her water has red color filled with froth, she is worshiped by Phaneedhra, she is adorned in bangles and various ornaments, she is the slayer of demon Khara, she enhances the growth of Khaga/Surya clan, she eradicates miseries and sorrows of the era, she is worshiped by Gana and Ganesha, she removes miseries and sorrows of Ganas, she is store house of virtues, she is most venerable, she symbolizes excellence in speech and wealth, she resides in the highest mountain peak, she is worshiped by Gireesha who is Lord of mountains, she has the luster of thousands and millions of moon, she represents measure of time, she has the luster of conch, her beautiful neck resembles to shell, she is beloved of Lord Vishnu who holds conch, she symbolizes righteousness, she wipe out immorality and sins, she provides shelter to even Chandala/outcast, lowest caste, she is passionate, she is fond of being worshiped with the flowers of Champeya, she has the resemblance to lightning, she eradicates extreme fears and anxieties, she removes troubles from Bhootha, Pretha and Pishacha, she removes troubles and afflictions, she is difficult to propitiate,  she removes sorrows and grief, she provides triumph in the battle over strongholds, she resides in the dense woods, she has personified as Goddess Vani, she takes immense pleasure in playing melodious music on Veena, she resides on the sacred land of Varanasi, she is Vasavi who is beloved of Vasava, she has embodied as Earth and she is the protector of Earth, she is beloved of Vaishvanara, she is worshiped in the whole Universe, she has embodied as sacred river in order to purify the Universe, her sacred waters are favorite of Vishvavasu, she is worshiped by Sage Vishvamithra, she is female aspect of Lord Vishnu, she symbolizes Vashatkara, she takes immense pleasure in the consumption of spirituous intoxicated drink, she destroys perils and troubles of worshiper, she is decked in various weapons, she is the destroyer of enemies, she has personified as Kali who is fierce and she symbolizes death, she is Kamala who is lotus born, she is graceful, she was born in illustrious clan, she is presiding deity of illustrious clan, she is seated on the celestial vehicle Garuda, she imparts the knowledge of highly confidential philosophies, she is most venerable, she has personified as young maiden of cowherd and she is worshiped by cowherds, she eulogizes endless virtues of Srirama, she is the mother of Subramanya, she resides in caves, she imparts the knowledge of Bhramam, her sacred water course creates the sound of whirlpool, she has formidable appearance, she is decked in garland of bell, she is followed by the cries of victory, she removes afflictions caused by the heat, she symbolizes ray of light, passion, female aspect of sun, and flame, she is cool and lustrous like moon, she is smeared in highly fragrant sandalwood paste, she steals the intellect of the worshiper, she symbolizes Chinthamani/precious gem which fulfils all the desires of the worshiper, she removes constant worrying and anxieties, she is the source of welfare of living and non-living things in the Universe, she is worshiped by people belongs to well known Chathurashrama Dharma/Bhramacharya, Grihastha, Sanyasa and Vanaprastha, she is worshiped by Chathuranana/Lord Bhrama, she removes deceitfulness, fraud, duality, pretence, allegations, deceptiveness, etc.. she removes sudden attacks, and treacherous acts, she is victorious, she removes repeated birth of the worshiper, she spread happiness in all three worlds, she is beloved of Jagannatha, she is Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi as well, she is the source of welfare and happiness of Jambudhveepa, she has embodied as sacred river Sarayu, she has the luster of Japakusuma, she adorn in Jamabu, she has attractive matted hair locks, she is worshiped by Sage Jambari, she is supreme ascetic, she represents living things, she is the source of triumph, she remove illnesses and afflictions followed with aging, she is a great illusionist, her sacred waters flow with the sound of whirlwind, she is worshiped by Dundiraja, she has the loveliness of sacred basil, she removes sufferings of poverty, she destroys wicked, sinful, immoral people, she resides in the woods of Devatharu, she illuminates the whole Universe with her brilliance, she destroys wicked Dhaithyas, she removes distress, miseries, grief and afflictions of the worshiper, she showered abundance of boons on Dhanaveshvara, she symbolizes righteousness, she is fond of being worshiped by righteous and pious people, she symbolizes Dharma, Arththa, Kama, and Moksha, she is fond of being worshiped with the fruits of Dhaththura, her beautiful eyes has the resemblance to blue water lily, she is Narayani who  has embodied as sacred river, she removes hellish tortures, she purifies world of serpents, she symbolizes supreme bliss, she is worshiped by King of serpent, she symbolizes full moon, she is the source of Purusharththa, she is fond of being worshiped with fire sacrifices, she has personified as little girl, she has the radiance of sun in the early hours of dawn, she symbolizes copiousness, she is worshiped by Bharga, she is Bhavani who takes immense pleasure in the veneration of Bhoothanatha, she merrily explores through the Earth, she is beloved of Bhoopathi, she has lovely appearance and has full of vigor, she is highly honorable, she lures the heart of worshiper, she removes excessive lust and passion, she has sweet tone of voice, she is beloved darling of Mathurapathi, she is fond of veneration with the flowers of Malli, Thamala, and Mandhara, she resides on the peak of Mandharachala, she removes the fear of death, she guides the worshiper through the Yogic way of life, she symbolizes Yajja, she provides the fruit of successful completion of Yajja, she is graceful and attractive, she contemplates upon Lord Rama, she is unblemished, she is the protector from wicked demons, she is eminent and most desirable, she is bashful, she is supreme Goddess, she has beautiful eyes resembles to lotus, she is eloquent, she resides on the peak of Vindhyachala, she has embodied as sacred river who provides happiness to Varanendhra/Gajendhra, she has the complexion of dark clouds, she is worshiped by Sage Shameeka, she removes the evil effect caused by planet Saturn, she removes afflictions caused by planet Saturn, she removes all kinds of afflictions, she has the luster of moon, she merrily explores through the funeral grounds and sky, she has personified as Sharabheshvari who is female aspect of Sharabeshvara, she crushed the pride of Shalya, she has personified as Shanmukhi, she is worshiped by Lord of Shashti/Skandha, she is the source of Shadvargaphala/six-fold divisions of a zodiac sign, she has personified as Devi Seetha and Devi Sathi, she is absolute truth, she is easy to propitiate, she is the source of welfare and happiness, she removes the fear of battle, conflicts, and war, she has beautiful braids of hair, she is worshiped by Somanatha, she is beloved of Hari, she is the source of welfare, happiness, wealth, opulence and all kinds of auspiciousness, she resides in the milky ocean, she symbolizes sacred syllables,  and female demon clan, she has embodied as river, she is worshiped by Lord Indhra, she removes evil spell and curse, she is worshiped by Sage Uththanga, she symbolizes sacred verses, sacred syllables and  sacred chants address to Lord Indhra, she is the essence of Omkara, she is worshiped by Lord of medicinal herbs/Aushadhadheesha, she is Amba who is the Mother of Universe and its living beings, she symbolizes all Shasthras, and auspiciousness, she is the source of welfare, happiness, good fortune, opulence, wealth, richness and all the auspiciousness, she has embodied as sacred river Ganga, Yamuna, Godhavari, Saraswathi, Narmada, Kaveri, Bheemarathi, Krishna, and Sindhu, she has personified as Parvathi and daughter of ocean Sindhu as well, she represents all the female deities, I shall repeatedly prostrate before the lotus feet of supreme Goddess Adhishakthi who has embodied as sacred river Sarayu, Hail to supreme Goddess Sarayu!
