Sri Tulsidas Maharaj speaks “ Oh! Sri
Ramachandra, Victory to you! you are Indra among the Kings, you have attractive
eyes resemble lotus flower petals, recitation of your names is Kalpavriksha
that provides Bhukthi and all that desired to the Jeeva in the Kali era. You are
the safest asylum to the devotees who have taken shelter at your lotus feet,
you have great prowess like Sage Agasthya who drank the ocean, you resemble brilliant
rays of Prachanda Surya to the Dhanavaroopi darkness. Oh! Sri Ramachandra, Oh! Dhasharathasunu, Victory to you! You are
worshiped by the Rishis, Devatha, Muni, and Manushya. You have ruled the Kingdom
of Ayodhya successfully and provided supreme bliss to the Avadhavasi. Oh!
Bhagavan, you are the destroyer of sorrows and grief of worldly existence, you
resemble the Surya who is the source of bliss to the lotus flowers like
Suryakula. Oh! Sri Ramachandra, Victory to you!
Your lustrous dark-cloud complexioned limb resembles blue lotus flowers
in the marvelous Saundharyaroopi Sarovara/pond. Oh! Bhagavan, you are the abode
of virtues and auspiciousness, you are most promising to the Universe, you have a stunning appearance that excels the beauty of crores of Manmatha. Oh! Sri
Ramachandra, Victory to you! You are wielded in bow, arrows, protective shield,
Shakthi and sword, you are righteous and sincerely follow the vows, you are extremely
valorous in the illustrious Raghuvamsha, you have powerful arms, you have
destroyed the entire clan of demons as a part of the passionate sport and reduced
the burden of the Earth. Oh! Ramachandra, Victory to you! You have adorned in the magnificent gem-studded crown and Makarakundala on the ears. You have a lustrous
face resemble the full moon, your forehead is adorned with the rich fragrant
sandalwood paste and Kumkum, you have adorned in sacred thread across the
chest, attired in marvelous yellow silk garment/Peethambar, and various
exquisite ornaments on the chest. Oh! Bhagavan, your mesmerizing appearance is
blissful to eyes/Nayanabhiramam, and whoever contemplate upon your divine form
would achieve all the auspiciousness. Oh! Ramachandra, Victory to you! You are
surrounded by Bharath, Lakshman, Shathrughna, and always served by Sugreevah,
Sumantha, and various illustrious ministers, you are the source of
auspiciousness, Bhukthi, and Mukthi to your worshiper, you fulfill all the
desires of your worshiper. Oh! Bhagavan, you are too compassionate even to the wicked,
Adhama, Papi, Arththa, Dheena Jeeva calls out for you, and you are too kind
to attend their calls at once, and protects them from the Janma Maranaroopi Samsara
Chakra. Oh! Sri Ramachandra, Victory to you! Your fame is widely spread in the
fourteen worlds, you are the purifier of souls and provides contentment, your glorious
legends were sung in praise by Adhikavi Maharishi Valmiki, who resembles the
Himalaya which is the originating place of marvelous watercourse like Srimad
Ramayan which removes the thirst caused sufferings of worldly existence, and
provides bliss to Jeeva, Munigana, Siddha, and Santhvrindh, Oh! Bhagavan, mere
listening to your endless glories would remove the Thrividha Thapa, and provides
perpetual bliss to the Jeeva. Oh! Sri Ramachandra, Victory to you! In the
Ramarajya people of Avadh strictly adhered to the Varnna and Ashrama
Dharma, everyone followed the truth/Sathya, Dhaya/kindness, Dhana/charity,
Shama, and Dhama, the people were performed various austerities, vows, and righteousness,
they were sinless and free from miseries, they were extremely happy and enjoyed
the fruit of Dharma, Arththa, Kama, and Moksha, they constantly sing and listen
in praise of Rama and Ramarajya, and lived in extreme bliss. Oh! Sri
Ramachandra, Victory to you! You symbolize Vairagya, Gnana, and Vijjana, you
are the destroyer of sins and Thapa of the devotees who have taken shelter at
your lotus feet. Oh! Janakinatha, Oh! Papa Thapaharththa, I am Tulsidas, have
already taken shelter at your lotus feet, kindly shower your compassionate
grace upon me, and protects me.”
