Chapter – 137 -Sri Vinaya Patrika – The eternal bliss is
Sacchidhanandhaswaroopa Paramathma Paramambhramam resides as a soul in the Jeeva –
The materials matters have impermanent nature cannot provide permanent bliss
Sri Tulsidas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Mind, the
birth as a human is rare to achieve, and the life span is too short in the Kali
era, hence do not leave the opportunity to practice devotion by word, mind and
deed and take shelter at the lotus feet of Lord Sri Ramachandra, follow the instructions of the preceptor, be
in the association of Santh, Mahathma, noble-souls, undertake austerities, meditation
and contemplation of supreme Lord, Shamadhamadhi, Swadhyaya, Athmavichara, etc.,
to get rid of impurities of Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha, Mathshcharya,
Ahamkara and Mamakara, redundant thoughts and make your life serene and
fruitful. The demon Sahasrabhahu and Ravan were Mahaprathapi, but did not
escape from the clutches of the ‘Time’, had to meet their terrible death. The
Jeeva who take immense pleasure and pride in the wealth and possessions
accumulated have to leave the world empty-handed. The Jeeva who spent whole
life for family, wife, children, relatives, and companions, also have the same
fate to leave them one day. Oh! Ignorant, all these relationships you have
formed will leave you at the end, none of them can follow you, then why don't you abandoning them right now? You have been practicing the same in several births and hurling yourself into the cycle of Janana Marana, hence leave your expectation
and attachments in the Samsara and contemplate upon the all-pervasive
Sacchidhanandhaswaroopa Paramathma Paramambhramam resides as a soul in you, why
do not you practice Bhagavath Prema? Oh! Ignorant, wake up from the sleep of
illusion, contemplate and meditate upon the Supreme Lord Sri Ramachandra, and abandon interest in worldly matters, possession, money, richness, wealth, fame,
attachment to wife, children, relatives, and companion, that has impermanent
nature. Oh! Ignorant, there is no happiness vested in the material matters or
attachment, all those material matters have temporary nature, then how could
they provide permanent bliss? The eternal bliss is Sacchidhanandhaswaroopa Paramathma
Paramambhramam resides as a soul in the Jeeva, it has neither birth nor death,
free from affliction, it is pure, unblemished, and changeless. Oh! Tulsidas, the
lust and desires/Vishaya and Kamana, are like the ghee poured on the fire and
it has no end, it can be put off only with the pure love and devotion to the Sacchidhanandhaswaroopa
Paramathma Parmamabhramam.”
