Sri Vinaya Patrika – Sri Tulsidas Maharaj – Thapathraya of Adhidheivik, Adhibhauthik, and Adhyathmik Thapa is the Phalaswaroopa of Papa/sins

Chapter 182 – Sri Vinaya Patrika – Thapathraya of Adhidheivik, Adhibhauthik, and Adhyathmik Thapa is the Phalaswaroopa of Papa/sins

Sri Tulsidas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Prabho, the Veda, and scriptures highly praise your compassionate nature, you are too kind to your devotees and most promising. Oh! Prabho, I have taken shelter at your lotus feet, there is no deity as compassionate as you. Oh! Prabho, I have taken several births in different Yoni/womb and formed relationships as a parent, son, brother, companion, relative, etc. I have taken immense pleasure in the Shabdha, Sparsha, Rasa, Roop, and Gandha, attached to material matters, swollen with Ahamkara, Mamakara, Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Madha, and Mathshcharya, and driven myself to the Samsarachakra/repeated births in different Yoni of Pashu, Pakshi, Pathanga, Keet, Manushya, Devatha, and Rakshasa, etc. Oh! Prabho, none of the relationships formed were selfless, all that was formed out of expectation, pleasure, and gain; hence none have taught the practice of devotion to Lord Sri Hari to get rid of Garbhavasa Dhukham. I have taken several births in different Yonis as Manushya, Devatha, Kinnara, Rakshasa, Sarpa, Munigana and considered them as Masters and bowed before them, without the knowledge of supreme Lord Sri Hari. Oh! Hare, when I was shrunken in the pain of Thapathraya, none of the relationships formed have come in protection. Oh! Prabho, you are the only one who could protect the Jeeva from the Thapathraya of Adhidheivik, Adhibhauthik, and Adhyathmik Thapa which is the Phalaswaroopa of Papa/sins, you are the only one who could relieve the Jeeva from the sufferings of Samsara and provide Moksha. Oh! Prabho, I have practiced various Sadhanas, Shamadhamadhis, Yoga, Yaga, but none of them alleviated my grief and sufferings of Samsara, because I was unaware of Sacchidhanandhaswaroopa Paramathma Parambhramam resides as a soul in the Jeeva/Oneness-in-all. Oh! Prabho, I am worn out of all those Shamadhamadhi and Sadhanas, I am exhausted watching the grief and agony of Samsara, like the ferry in the absence of water. Oh! Prabho, I have kept myself afar from the Sacchidhandaswaroopa Paramathma, and chased after the material welfare, possession, wealth, money, richness, fame, and attachment to wife, children, relatives, and companion that has fleeting nature. Oh! Hare, I have taken shelter at your lotus feet, kindly overlook the sins committed by this Tulsi, and protects me from the grief of Samsara.”
