Sri Surdas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Bhramari/intellect that resembles a female honeybee, take shelter at the fully blossomed lotus flower like the feet of Supreme Lord Sri Hari, sing in praise of his glorious myths, contemplate and meditate upon him, there is no fear of separation, grief, and sufferings, there won’t be any darkness of ignorance, arrogance, and illusion. The lotus eyes of Lord Sri Hari resemble Surya/sun and Chandhra/moon, he is free from impurities of the mind, unblemished, pure, free from the sufferings and grief, and the dualities of happiness and grief, loss and gain, honor and disgrace, etc. hence he is supreme bliss personified. The illustrious Rishis, Sages, Narada, Veda, Sarada, Sanakadhis, Shukadhev, Muniganas worship that supreme Lord Sri Hari meticulously in nine methods/Navadhabhakthi, such as 1) Shravanam/listening to the sacred names and glorious myths of Lord Sri Hari, 2) Keerthanam/singing in praise of him, 3) Archanam/worship of idols, 4) Sevanam/worship of preceptors and noble souls 5) Smaranam/remembrance of Lord 6) Vandhanam/prostrate before the deity 7) Dhasyam/worship of Lord as Master 8) Sakhyam/worship of Lord as a companion and 9) Athmanivedhanam/complete surrender to Lord, with their pure intellect reverberates at the lotus feet of Lord Hari, that resembles honey with Kesar/saffro3n.  The lotus feet of Lord Shyamsundar is the supreme abode where Lord Hara and Lord Bhrama frequently make visits, it is the abode of all the sacred rivers. Oh! Bhramari/honeybee/intellect/mind take shelter at the lotus feet of Lord Sri Hari that remains fresh and open always, it is pure, unblemished, free from dualities and grief, it is the abode of supreme bliss, hence do not chase after the worldly matters of fleeting nature that resembles ordinary lotus flowers that blossom in the day and get withered in the night.”
