Sri Surdas Maharaj speaks “Oh! Mind, leave your interest in worldly matters, and chase after the physical and material pleasures of fleeting nature, contemplate and meditate upon Lord Nandhanandhan/Sri Krishna, it would remove the three kinds of grief of worldly existence [ 1) grief from natural calamities, famine, drought, flood, forest fire, earthquake, sudden floods, epidemic, etc. 2) grief from aging, illnesses, fear of death, the grief of separation from beloved ones 3) grief from the attachment on worldly matters of possession, wealth, richness, money, fame, wife, children, companion, and relatives]. The worship of Lord Sri Krishna would remove the grief of worldly existence, therefore, perceive that mesmerizing form of supreme Lord Krishna and the three beautiful curves on his body, the soft and supple lotus feet, ankles, calves, knees, and thighs resemble golden pillars. He has attired in a magnificent yellow silk garment that resembles the pollen of a lotus flower, his beautiful waist ornament decorated with tiny golden bells, he is adorned in marvelous anklets that produce the laughter of an infant, he has a deep navel and the hair line to the deep navel resemble the honeybees are marching towards it. His chest is decorated with sandalwood paste and vermillion, adorned in Vanamala and pearl garlands, and appears as the streams of the sacred river Ganga and its river bank packed with the shadows from the trees of Tamala. He has beautiful hands and arms decorated with golden and pearl ornaments. His attractive lips are adorned with the flute, his stunning face resembles the autumn moon covered in the dust from the hove of cows, his lustrous forehead is decorated with sandalwood and vermillion paste, the beauty of his nose, sparkling eyes, and teeth, etc. are beyond description. His ears are adorned with marvelous Makarakundala/fish-shaped ear ornament, that dangling around the neck area spreading brilliant radiance resembles Lord Kamadeva dancing to the tune. His black curly hair locks are adorned with feathers of peacock and beautiful hair ornaments. Oh!
