I shall recite the glories of Goddess Sri Kamakshi, consort of Lord Ekamranatha, who is truly compassionate to shower intelligence, clarity in speech and poetic skills to the people who are unable to speak, she extends cool rays on the sacred land of Kanchi with her eternal presence, she is the ocean of mercy, she is capable to remove the dark cloud like ignorance in me.  Oh! Matha, Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, you are capable to remove the impurities like ego and pride, you have supreme brilliance superior to the precious gem Indraneela, you are the protector of the three worlds, your fleeting look are capable to fulfill the desires of your worshipper.  Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, you are the personification of amorous sport, you are immersed in eternal bliss, and you have beautiful long and wide eyes that stretched up to ears, they spread extreme luster in the Universe.  Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, your eyes are brimming with mercy, you have mesmerizing smile, I shall earnestly pray for your fleeting look to shower cool rays on me.   Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, your auspicious gaze has provided goodness to Arjuna who has beautiful smile; it has provided immense pleasure to Bhima, your long beautiful eyes stretched up to ears has compared to the army of Pandava battled against Karna,  and  it has the power to provide immense bliss to the hearts of Lord Parameshwara,   Oh! Kamakshi, your beautiful gaze has the resemblance to twilight, it reveals the beauty of darkness in all directions, it has the power to destroy the scorching heat like grief and sorrows of mine instantly and it provide the cool rays of happiness like Lord Chandra.  Your gem studded ear stud extends mesmerizing brilliance that has the resemblance to the tusk of elephant, your auspicious gaze is filled with compassion and it has the power to thrash the tree of impurities/sins in us. Your auspicious gaze is like Kalpavruksha, it has the power to fulfill all the desires of the worshipper, it has the power to remove the heat of Samsara with its shades, your magnificent gem decorated ear stud has the resemblance to superior herb, it has stream of nectar like compassion.  Your gaze has the resemblance to the sacred river Kalindi, your magnificent gem decorated ear stud extends the crimson colored brilliance that has the resemblance to the cluster of lotus flowers, that ultimately reaches the ocean of luster of the face of Lord Parameshwara, enemy of Lord Manmatha.  Whoever venerates you would remain blissful; whoever attains your auspicious gaze would obtain Purushartha/Dharma/righteousness, Artha/wealth, Kama/desire and Moksha/salvation.

I shall earnestly pray to Goddess Sri Kamakshi, consort of Lord Thripurari/Thirupuravairi Seemanthini, dwells in the sacred city of Kanchi, always delightful, to shower her gaze on the untamed elephant like my mind that is wandering in the woods of ignorance and tie them firmly into the tree of Samvidh.  Oh! Amba, Oh! Devi, Oh! Sathi, you are matchless, you have personified as Chandidevi, Chamunda, Aksharaswaroopini/Paramathruka, Yogini, Shambavi/consort of Lord Shambu, Jaya Vijaya, and you are the creator and controller of the three worlds.  Oh! Pare/Supreme, Oh! Parvathi, Oh! Pranathapalini/protector of her worshipper, I shall earnestly pray for your merciful gaze on us, she is the provider of wisdom and knowledge, Oh! Parameshwari/consort of Lord Parameshwara, Oh! Thrijagathathri/controls the three worlds, you are eternal, oh! Thryambaka Kudumbini/wife of Lord Shiva who has three eyes, she is the provider of Karma, Gnana and Bhakthi, Oh! Goddess Sathi, you are the mother of Universe, you are the creator of the Universe and it is protected by your mercy, and ultimately it is offered as an oblation to the extreme anger like fire from your third eye, finally Kamakoti remains eternal in this Universe.  I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Kamakshi who is Charachara Jagathrayim/you have personified as living beings in the Universe, you reside in the mind and hearts of living beings, you are Thrigunas/Sathvik, Rajss, Thamass in the living beings, you are the controller of the three worlds, personifies as Lord Surya, Lord Chandra and Lord Agni, you are primordial and incomparable, you are extended up to various directions, you are personified as day and night, you are supreme Goddess Kamkoti.  Oh! Sathidevi, Oh! Jagadambike, Oh! Harakudumbini/consort of Lord Hara, who is fond of residing in the sacred city of Kanchi, she has the brilliance on her face that put the lotus flower in to embarrassment, she has beautiful long curly hair lock has the luster that put the dark clouds into shame, I am completely worn out of excessive ego, pride and ignorance, I shall surrender to your lotus feet. I shall prostrate before Goddess Sri Kamakshi,  Oh! Bhuvanajanani/mother of the Universe, consort of Lord Parameshwara, who is decked in crescent moon on her crown, she is the mother of Universe, she is eulogized by Veda, she is eternal, she holds Pasa and Angusa as weapons. She is decked in magnificent waist belt decorated with bells; she is immersed in the blissful music from the gem studded divine music instruments, she dwells on the river banks of Kamba, she is the ocean of mercy, she has the complexion of dark clouds, she is ever youthful, she has large raised bosom, she has the eyes of deer, she joyfully witnesses the cosmic dance of Lord Shiva, I shall earnestly pray to Goddess Sri Kamakshi to reside in my heart as well.  Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi who is unconquerable in the battles, she is the provider of bliss to her worshipper, she is the manifestation of virtues, she is personified as Kadamba Vruksha, she is eulogized by the great sages and rishis, she is creator of most appealing Brahmanda, she is the consort of Lord Paramashiva, she is Kamakoti Kamakshi I shall earnestly pray to protect us.  Whoever meditate upon Supreme Goddess Sri Kamakshi, and recite these glorious verses on daily basis would be praised by the deities, and they would attain all the glories and magnificent form of Kamakoti Kamakshi who is decked in crescent moon on her crown.

Shankari/consort of Shankari, I shall earnestly pray for the well being of us.  Oh! Janani, Oh! Kamakshi, whoever an unwise or poorer or blind attains your gaze would remain intellectuals, flourish like Lord Indra and obtain all the luxuries and marvelous physical features like Lord Manmatha.  Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi who dwells in the sacred land of Kanchi I earnestly pray to envision your glorious form  dwells in the hearts of greatest Yogis and Rishis and venerated by them, she is unblemished, she has large raised bosom which allure the heart of Lord Parameshwara.   Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi who is the jewel in the sacred land of Kanchi, She has the radiance that put the dark clouds into shame, she is the personification of auspiciousness, she is Kalpakaruksha to scholars and intellectuals, she is chaste and devoted consort of Lord Parameshwara who is the enemy of Lord Manmatha, she is the destroyer of sins of her worshipper, she is an ocean of mercy.  She dwells on the river banks of Kamba, she is the personification of knowledge, she has large raised bosom resembles to peak, her eyes  spreads cool rays of Abjashathru/Lord Chandra, enemy of lotus flower, her beautiful long curly hair locks put the dark clouds into shame.  I shall earnestly pray Goddess Sri Kamakshi who blissfully exploring the sacred city of Kanchi, she has incomparable luster, she is the remover of darkness of ignorance, she is the origin of mercy, she has melodious voice resembles to Cuckoo, she is the personification of Knowledge and amorous sport of Lord Manmatha.  Oh! Matha, I shall earnestly pray to remove the sufferings and grief of mine, your gaze has the capabilities to perform like a bridge in the ocean of Samsara, it has the capacity to win over the worldly desires, your attractive gaze give immense pleasure to the eyes of Lord Parameshwara.  Oh! Goddes Sri Kamakshi, consort of Lord Parameshwara who is the enemy of Thripurasura, you are the ocean of mercy whoever venerates you would be blessed with richness/shriyam, wisdom/Buddhi, intelligence, fame/Keerthi and virtuous offspring.   Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, prostration before your lotus feet would provide fame in three worlds, abundance of pieties and it eradicates all the sins of worshipper.  Whoever venerates you would be blessed with religious fervor, perpetual bliss and your eternal presence, you are the provider of ecstasy to the virtuous people, you have beautiful long hair locks resembles to pack of bees, you are indescribable, matchless beauty decked in crescent moon on crown, you are the perpetual delight to the eyes of Lord Pasupathi, you are unblemished, you are superior in the clan of Mount Himavan.   Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, I am completely dismayed in the world of Samsara, I have no ability to speak and I am thoroughly disillusioned, therefore I shall earnestly pray to shower mercy on me.    I shall meditate on Goddess Sri Kamakshi, who joyfully explore on the river bank of Kamba, You are the remover of the chain of darkness of ignorance in the world of Samsara, you are the provider of virtuous offspring to your worshipper, you are the creator in the three worlds, you are like fresh alluring bunch of flowers that provide perpetual delight to Lord Maheshwara who is enemy of Lord Manmatha.  Oh! Goddess Sri Kamakshi, who is venerated by female deities, you are the personification of Srividhya/supreme Knowledge and amorous sport of Lord Manmatha, you are the provider of happiness, you have the luster of emerald, you are most desirable to Lord Shoolapani, I shall earnestly pray to remove the bundle of sins of mine.  Oh!
