Sri Narayana Hrudayam by Rishi Bhargava !! Lyrics & meanings

|| Jai Sriman Narayana ||

||Hari: Om||

Sri Narayana Hrudhaya Sthothram is a highly auspicious hymn which was composed by Rishi Bhargava to please Lord Lakshminarayana.

I shall meditate upon the lotus feet of Lord Hari, who is the consort of Goddess Sri Lakshmi, he has the brilliance of Lord Aditya in the early morning hours, he is attired in majestic yellow garments, and he carries Shankh/Conch, Chakram/dice, and Gadha/mace in his hands.  I shall always meditate upon Lord Lakshminarayana, who has the eyes resemblance to lotus petal, he is the pinnacle of the three worlds, and he is personified as Kurma/Karmatam/tortoise with immense pleasure, he dwells on the center point of Earth like lotus flower that has the resemblance to Mount Meru on lotus petal, he is decked in magnificent crown and gem studded ear ornaments.
