Ganesha Sthuthi :
I shall prostrate before the lotus feet
of Lord Ganesha who is destroyer of all kinds of obstacles, he is worshiped by Ganas, he is fond of
fruits of Kapiththa and Jamboo, he is
the son of Goddess Uma, he eradicates all the miseries and grief of his
devotees. I shall prostrate before the
lotus feet of Lord Ganesha who is the destroyer of obstacles, he has mouse as
his celestial vehicle and he carries sweet Modhak in his hands, he has wide and
large ears resembles to fan, he has short stature and he is the son of Lord
Maheshwara. I shall meditate upon the
lotus face of Lord Ganesha, who has the face resembles to the fully blossomed
lotus flower at the sight of sun light, he has single teeth/Yekadhantham, he is
the provider of abundance of boons to his devotees. Oh! Mahakaya, Oh! Deva, who has the brilliance of millions of
Adithyas, he has curved teeth and colossal body, kindly remove all our
obstacles and fulfill all our desires.
He has pleasant face with one half broken teeth, he has elephant face
with wide large ears, he has pot sized belly, he is the destroyer of obstacles,
he is Lord Vinayaka. He has the
complexion of fumes, he is the commander of Ganas, he is elephant faced with
the luster of moon on his forehead, he has half broken teeth and wide large
ears, he is the elder brother of Lord Skandha/Subramanya.
If
anyone reads or listen to the sixteen sacred names of Lord Ganesha, during the
initiation of studies/Vidhyarambam, marriage or moving from one place to
another would be relieved from all kinds of obstacles.
Sankata Nashana Sthothram –
I shall prostrate before supreme Lord
Ganesha who is the son of Goddess Gauri, he is the remover of obstacles and
perils, he dwells in the hearts of passionate devotees who always meditates
upon him, he is the provider of long life/Ayur and wealth/Arththam, fulfils all
the desires/Kamam. Primarily I shall meditate upon Lord Vakrathunda/who has one
broken teeth, secondly I shall meditate upon Lord Ekadhantha/one teeth, thirdly
I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who has beautiful eyes that has the color of
blue mixed with red, fourthly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who is
elephant faced, fifthly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who has pot sized
belly, sixthly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who is good humored,
seventhly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who is the King in eradicating all
the obstacles of his devotees, eighthly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who
has the complexion of smoke, ninthly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha whose
face has the luster of moon, tenthly I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who is
the remover obstacles and perils of his devotees, eleventh I shall meditate
upon Lord Ganesha who is the commander of Ganas, twelfth I shall meditate upon Lord Ganesha who is
elephant faced.
Whoever reads or listens to the glorious
twelve names of Lord Ganesha thrice a day with utmost faith devotion would be
relieved from the fear of obstacles, blessed with all kinds of Siddhis and all
their desires would be fulfilled.
Whoever desires for intellect would be blessed with supreme intellect,
whoever desires for wealth would be blessed with immense wealth, childless
couple would be blessed with virtuous child and saintly people who desires for
Moksha/liberation from repeated births would be blessed with the same. Whoever sincerely recites the sacred names of
Lord Ganesha for six months and one year would be blessed with the fruit of it
and enormous success in their life.
Whoever write these sacred names of Lord Ganesha and give it to eight
Brahmins would be blessed with supreme intellect and the eternal presence of
Lord Ganesha
Sri Subramanya Sthuthi:
I shall meditate upon Lord Subramanya who
has six faces and leader of Ganas, he is Shambham and Parameshwara as well, he
is the destroyer of all the sorrows and grief of his devotees, I shall surrender at the lotus feet of Lord
Subramanya whose six faces are smeared in rich fragrant sandal paste, he is
charismatic, he has sacred peacock as his celestial vehicle, he is the son of
Lord Rudra, he is the protector of deities, he is the symbol of supreme
Bhramam. I shall surrender at the lotus
feet of Lord Subramanya who has supreme brilliance and surrounded by the
deities, he has majestic stature and youthful.
I shall meditate upon the child form of
Lord Subramanya who resides in
mount Kailash, he has blue necked
peacock as his celestial vehicle, he has twelve powerful arms, he is decked in
majestic crown in six heads, he is adorned in marvelous ear studs in his ears,
his six faces spread intense luster, he has trident, spear,/shakthi, mace, flag
that carries the symbol of cock, and various garlands. I shall meditate upon Lord Subramanya who
resides in the Mount Kailash, he is delightful with his consorts Goddess Sri
Valli and Sri Deivayanai, he is decked in various flower garlands like jasmine,
he is fond of the divine sounds of Jallari/cymbals and Conch, and he has the
brilliance of Lord Adithya in the early hours.
Shastha Sthuthi: -
I shall prostrate before Lord Shastha who
is the delight of Goddess Sri Parvathi, he is the mightiest warrior, he is
worshiped by all the deities, and he is the protector of all the living beings.
I shall prostrate before Lord Shastha who is worshiped by Bhramins with utmost
reverence, he is worshiped by the whole of Universe, he is the affectionate
child of Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva, he
bestows abundance of boons to his passionate devotees. I shall prostrate before Lord Shastha who has
the gait of majestic elephant, he is compassionate, he eradicates all the
obstacles and perils of his ardent devotees,
Oh! Supreme Lord Shastha, you are our family deity, you are the
destroyer of all my enemies, you are supreme deity who fulfills all our desires,
therefore I shall prostrate before you.
I shall prostrate before Lord Shastha who is born as superior in the
clan of Pandya, he dwells in Kerala in his magnificent form, and he is the Lord
of distressed people.
Whoever reads or recites the above verses
known as Pancharathna/five precious gems, with utmost devotion and dedication,
and undergoes severe austerities, Lord Shastha will be pleased and resides in
their hearts.
I shall prostrate before supreme Lord
Shastha, who is the Lord of Ganas, he represents supreme bliss, he is
compassionate to all the living beings,
Oh! Mahabhago who has powerful arms, kindly protect us. I shall prostrate before Lord Shastha who has Dhanvanthari as mother and supreme Lord
Rudra as father, he is Mahavaidhyam/supreme
cure for all kinds of illnesses and he is compassionate.
Sri Adishankara Sthuthi: -
I shall prostrate before the great
Preceptor Sri Adishankaracharya, whose lotus feet is the symbol of all the
auspiciousness, he is incarnated for the welfare of the Universe, he is the
store house of Shruthi/Veda, Smrithi/Vedantha, and Purana/scriptures and he is
the symbol of compassion.
