Sri Shuka continues “ Supreme Goddess Ganga is streaming on  westwards, prior she has watercourse on south and north as well, she has extended up to the length of one and half Yojana, she is pure, she has descended down to earth for the elevation of soul from distress, she pardons the fault of her worshiper, she is faultless, she is the safe haven for her worshiper, she provides shelter to the pious, she symbolizes wealth, her sacred waters are highly propitious for the performance of Shraddha/final rite of ancestors, she represents Svaha and Svatha, she is Viroopakshi/curved eyes, she has beautiful eyes, she is the provider of auspiciousness to her worshiper, she has the luster of water lily and moonshine, she is Kumudha/form of Durga/white water lily, she is decked in various fresh alluring flowers, she is Saumya/pleasant, she is Bhavani, she dwells as Prana in the living creatures and she resides in the essential elements too, she has colossal form, she has attractive face,  she has the color of clouds, she is mightiest, she has lovely waist line, she is Balahaka/cloud that appears at the time of deluge, her long and beautiful hair is decorated with ornaments, she dwells is Nabhomandalam, she is Mallika, she has the luster of flowers of Mallika, she is decked in crescent moon, she has the fragrances of sacred Thulasi leaves, she adorn Thulasidhama as a ornament, she dwells in the shrubs of Thulasi, and she has the aroma of Thulasi,  she has the internal acquiescence of juices of Thulasi, she dwells in the sacred bale tree, she has the appearance of  juice of Bilva leves/Bilvapathrarasa, she is decked in the leaves of Maloora, she is Vailvi who has acquired half of the body of her consort Lord Shiva, she is unharmed by sorrows, she is unruffled by sorrows and miseries, she resembles to flame that burns the miseries and sorrows of her worshiper, she dwells in the Ashokavruksha, she is celestial Ramabha, she is the consort of Lord Shiva, she represents pomegranate tree, she has the luster of flowers of pomegranate, her large high raised bosom resembles the fruit of pomegranate, her eyes are crimson colored, she represents Veeravriksha, she is Rakthini who has fierce teeth soaked in blood, she is Ragini/modification of musical note, she symbolizes consort of Raga, she is abandoned by Ragadvesha.”
