Sri Shuka continues “ Supreme Goddess Ganga is dispassionate, she has the odor of Raga, she symbolizes all Ragas and Thala, she is Thalakeshwari who represents Thala/rhythm, she symbolizes the sacred hymns of Maharishi Valmiki, she has numerous glorious myths, she is Mother,  she is Uma and Sapthni/her consort has another wife too, she is Dhara, her sacred water course represents string of pearls, she is pure, she has descended down to Earth from celestial abode, she is Bhageerathi who is highly revered has striking flow, she has uninterrupted flow of Amrithajala/nectar like water in the celestial abode, she has stunning waves, she dwells in the vessel of Bhrama and represents sacred water for oblation of Bhrama, she penetrates through the highest peaks, she is capable to penetrate through the Bhramanda, she has dreadful voice and she is most venerable, she dwells in the Bhramanda, she penetrates through air, her sacred water are  white in color, she attentively listens to the sounds of divine instruments and Conch, she is eulogized by Rishis and Suras, she is worshiped by the heavenly planets, she dwells in highest peak of Mount Sumeru, she symbolizes auspiciousness, she is Sita and Maheshwari as well, she represents Alakanandha tributary of Ganga, she acts as stairs to Shaila, she has descended down to Earth in order to fulfill all the desires of the virtuous souls and purify them, she purifies the three worlds, she is Dhanya/pleasant, she has descended down to protect Earth, she is Dharani/Bhudevi, she symbolizes Lakshmi/born from  Earth, she is embodied as Earth, she is eulogized by Prithu, she is infallible,  she is Bhramaputhri/daughter of Bhrama, she is young maiden in the celestial abode of Bhrama, she is honored by Bhrama, she dwells in the woods, she represents the female force of  Bhrama, Vishnu, and Shiva, she has the luster of precious yellow metal, she is opulent female force of Bhrama, Vishnu and Shiva, she has possessed the magnificence of Bhrama, Vishnu and Shiva, she elevate the souls from repeated births, she freed her worshiper from the clutches of material and worldly bondage.”
