I shall meditate upon supreme Lord
Shanaishchara who is attired in marvelous blue garments, he has attractive blue
limbs, he is decked in magnificent crown, he is mounted on celestial vehicle
Vulture, he inflict fear and anxiety, he is wielded in bow and arrow, he has
four hands, he is the son of Lord Surya, he is ever pleasing, kindly shower
auspicious grace on us.
Lord Bhrama speaks “ Oh! Rishi, carefully
listen to the most propitious armor of Lord Shanaishchara, which was described
by Lord Surya, and it is capable to remove all kinds of miseries and sorrows. This auspicious hymn of armor of Lord
Shanaishchara is the dwelling place of all the deities, known as Vajrapanjara,
it is highly auspicious and capable to provide all kinds of auspiciousness to
the worshiper, it is recited to please
Lord Shanaishcara. I shall offer my
humble salutation to Lord Shanaishchara, Oh! Suryanandhana, kindly protect my forehead, let my eyes
remain protected by the dearest darling son of Devi Cchaya, let my ears remain protected by
Yamanuja/ younger brother to Yama, let my nose remain protected by Vaivasvatha,
let my face remain protected by Bhaskara, let my throat remain protected by
Snigdhakanda, let my arms remains protected by Mahabhuja, let my shoulder remain
protected by Lord Shani, let my hands remain protected by the Lord who provides
all the auspiciousness, let my chest remain protect by Yamabhratha/younger
brother of Yama, let my stomach remain protected by the Lord who has blue
complexion, let my navel remain protect by the Grahapathi/Lord of planets, let
my waistline remain protected by the Lord who has slow gait, let my thighs
remain protected by Lord who removes ignorance of darkness, let my knees remain
protected by Yama, let my feet remain protected by Lord who has slow gait, let
all my limbs remain protected by Pippala, and all my body parts and limbs
remain protected by the son of Lord Surya.
These are the glorious verses praising the armor of son of Lord Surya,
it is divine and capable to eradicate all kinds of miseries and sorrows, and it
is recited to please the son of Lord Surya.
Whether Lord Shani occupies twelfth position, or Mrithyusthana or
Kalathrasthana or Ashtamasthana, recitation of the above sacred verse on daily
basis would eradicate all kinds of troubles and it would please the son of Lord
Surya, these are the sacred armor constructed by Lord Surya in ancient times
and it would eradicates all the afflictions caused by the changes in the
planetary positions by Lord Shani.”
